Great to see Thom and Stewkey tearing it up again. RIP Carson whose Open My Eyes bass line lives on forever. And no disrespect for the unparalleled TR, who is indeed AWATS.
My friend, Steve Scorfina, original guitarist for REO, Pavlov's Dog, and other bands was invited to join Nazz at their stop in STL while on tour. Steve said..."he really didn't know their material and Todd wasn't there, but a guy named...uh...Stewky or something gave me the invite, but I politely declined."

Thanks for posting this!! I will NEVER forget opening the side door of the venue when we were setting up, & greeting Stewkey & Thom. Real freakin’ rock stars, ya know? Old guys just like me. Except they have talent!! They’re bad-ass performers! Same as this awesome band. So, how did I get that opportunity? Well cause Doug Ford teed it up for me! Another badass! Little brother Chris Williams made his trip to Philly by trains & MegaBus, as is his usual transport (all over this country, joining me as he so often does, for these cool RR events) to film these shows for Uncle Doug & Ms Mel’s events. With up to 8 cameras, & takes hours to edit them. Sending love out to all the TRibe & sure do miss you all. All the best, Corky & Chris from KC.
Nazz ,was a great Band .Wore out NAZZNAZZ -Mooney Tom was the real deal. until Todd w/ awol ha.. I ,had to learn the whole War Babies , album for H & O , That He Produced .Many Thanks for this...
Ramshackle, for sure, but good fun. Would have been nice if the guitarist in the hat would have played with more discretion rather than just ripping away like some one-man show. Great to see Thom Mooney on the drums, though sad to see him struggling.... Nazz were a cool band. Thank you for putting this together, it was fun to watch (as was the interview clip).
Awful sounding recording. The sound man didn't seem to realize that when more than one person is singing then you should hear more than voice from the PA system. The band may sound great under the right circumstances but on this recording they do not. If I were a player in this band I would be doing everything I could to keep this video away from the public.

NAZZ LIVES!
...now and forever...
A DREAM LIVES ON FOREVER... thanks to all for making this happen...

Rick Nielson almost didn't get his start.... lol

That was awesome !! Hi Stewkey. This Jim and Michelle who used to live up the street from you . Glad to see you performing . You Rock !!!
This concert is an amazing contemporary celebration, revisiting the (drastically under appreciated) short lived band from Philadelphia… the "Nazz"
Stewkey still sounds epic!!!!!!!!

I would have come from Philly had I known about this!! I hope they tour!!!

45:00 Excellent job on "Back of your Mind" , my favorite Nazz tune , should have been a Top 40 hit back in `69
I remember the first album being passed around like it was the Holy Grail.
thats so cool
WOW ! Amazing !
Omg loved Nazz so much!

Epic Fire!
Big Time!
I am blown away by this and I'm only two songs in!
Thank You so much for posting this!!
Gonna Cry Today is one of the highlights here brought on by Probyn's voice. Nice work!
Why are you making fun of Todd
@@henryjavate8635 Hmmm. You may have misunderstood my comment. Todd is GREAT! So is this performance without him!!
My guitars never sound better than when someone else is playing them.
You can tell Stewkey is enjoying himself! Thom is an awesome drummer! Todd was there in cardboard! Thanks for this...Kit
I seem to remember that ALL the hits were written by Todd Rundgren.
A Wizard & a True Star ❤
That’s Thom Mooney’s Original Nazz drum kit I think from the early days!
wow no way. i know the bass drum head looks the same but i wonder if its really it !!
Bit disrespectful to Todd Rundgren with the card board cutout!
Todd went on to GREAT things....Love that he lives here in Hawaii now 🤙🌺
I need the chords for forget all about it!!
The lead guitar player is as annoying as can be, upstaging the original members and acting like it was his first gig

No Todd, no band.
get a life
ouch...maybe better leave the past in the past...
