- I've been using the Yamaha YCL-34ii Clarinet which I borrowed from my friend..So this is my very first instrument..I wasn't looking for a higher-end clarinet, however I think this is a decent clarinet that could help me go for quite a long journey..
I'm sorry my video wasn't really good quality, but I'm definitely still working on it to make them better.
From my point of view, I think that this clarinet is suitable for upgrading students from the plastic student clarinet to a wooden clarinet and also doubler players because of it's price range is still affordable and yet still having a great quality of sound..

So this video is now 2 years ago , what is your opinion now? I ordered mine a few days ago and i was going for a Backun first but the cost of them a bit higher so I option for a buffer for now..
Hi Natty, I’m getting used to it and I kinda like it..I’m not a full time musician, I just play it occasionally for fun and sometimes in orchestra. From what i experienced with this instrument, i think it is a decent instrument for beginner to intermediate player or perhaps for player who are doubler and do not want to spend too much for high end range.. I’m not sure what are the perspective from professional players, but as for me, I’m pretty happy with this instrument for now 😃

I hope my buffet will have same case.
I also do play it as a hobby but my plastic clarinet just doesn’t do justice , so I got buffet and an Backun barrel in hopes it gives me a good intermediate level sound!
How much is that when you bought it ?
