I'm pretty sure your opponent realized how for how long this game could go and surrendered out of pure boredom. You did it, Mark. You managed to make a priest player taste his own medicine, you won by boring him to death.
I like how the design for Priest is: 1) No real win condition, just constant annoying board removal and self healing 2) Take your cards at random which is just no where near as good as you having your own cards that work with your deck
18:08 [[Tess Greymane]] cast [[Theft Accusation]] on your [[Zerek, Master Cloner]], not you, the player. Zereks text reads it will be resummoned if *you*'ve played any spells on it. The red sparkles show that it was targeted by something since it was played by Tess. What you're looking for is the greenish/blueish circle on it - then *you*'ve successfully cast it. Just if you were curious :)
I remember shortly after quests came out I was playing against a quest priest (as thief rogue) and coined out vanessa on turn 2 taking their quest. I ended up winning that game with the priest quest reward, completing it before they did. I have never been as satisfied in a hearthstone game since or before that point.
6:22 misplay, the immortality dude can safely attacks the obsidian destroyer because the immortality dude is summoned later than obsidian destroyer. if it attacked obsidian destroyer, they both die, obsidian destroyer DR triggers first and find no one to destroy and then immortality dude resummon itself safely
Hitting was very much intentional there. I needed to heal for 7 more to finish the quest, but I was only damaged for 5. By taking the damage there it makes completing the quest easier. Not a misplay.
Seems kind of lame to go through the effort of completing the opponents quest, only to ditch it with Bazaar Burglary right after... Especially when Tess means you can play the opponents Quest again (Which would be actually pretty good with Awaken the Makers, Final Showdown, Open the Waygate and Sorcerer's Gambit)
Just an idea: what if you steal the quest but as a priest and then play it with the 4/3 minion for priest that steals cards you played from your opponent. Maybe you will be able to steal the quest directly from hero and ruin their strategy
I wonder what's the most Quests you could possibly complete in a game, you could play as Priest with 3 Quests and play double Mind Vision against a double (or triple) Quest deck to get a total of 5 Quests, really hard but possible.
Infinite quests is possible. Mage with Commander Sivara, Potion of Illusion and Open the Waygate. Also, Rogue with the infinite Stealth combo and Bazaar Burglary (As Tess will count when you bounce her back to hand)
@@locogato3488 Getting different quests... The max possible is 6. Which can be done as Rogue with Vanessa VanCleef and Shadowstep when going second (So you can coin Vanessa on 1). Or Murloc Holmes and Theotar x2 (Shadowstep/Zola) or Identity Theft x2 (Since most likely 2 of their 3 quests will be mulliganed as you can only have 1 quest active at a time meaning it's better to swap them for cards that can complete your first quest) The main issue is actually finding another 3 quest deck in the first place, rather than actually stealing the quests. Not to mention such a 3 quest deck needs to be a class with easy to complete quests (I.e. Mage) since there's a limit to how many of you opponents cards you can actually steal meaning you rely on some random generation.
I’m glad I’m not the only one who think this deck and playing against this deck is the most boring thing in hearthstone, really is a mind numbing deck to face
2 reasons: 1) People at that rank don't play meta decks/very well so it's easier to use meme decks and win. Thus it's good for him to stay low rank to play his meme decks. 2) Using meme decks loses. A lot. Thus keeping his rank low.

It's gonna be something spooky!
It sure was special :)

Boredom? Dude’s playing res priest LMAO
Tfw you play big priest, summon neptulon on turn 5, then res/copy it on turn 6 for the two card otk
@@7UPDoge big priest scum should be purged
@@7UPDoge you mean tfw you play the boring zero iq deck
Mark really did just go through the trouble of completing a hard quest to get a hero power, just to complete an easy quest to get a worse hero power.

I will say, the truth to this statement hurts, but I do enjoy taking peoples cards at random, feels good when I take a win condition or a Reno lol
@@ignosum1811 the problem comes with the current ability to play cards in a yugioh fashion
wich make it better and not playing around the same 3-4 meta deck for the next 4 months
I think master has to have YOU cast a spell on it to trigger the death rattle, so tess doesn't count
Other classes: I sure can't wait to complete my Quest and win the game!
Gigachad rogues: I'll have what they're having 😏

Pretty sure the circle is golden but good explanation
I think that priest conceded because they realized that you had Tess in your hand with a Shard attached to it, so their N'Zoth was almost worthless.
it's still a full board refill
Hostage priest realized they might be the one being held hostage

Renathal-Reno (Renothal?) Decks have single-handedly renewed my love for this game
This is my all time favorite archetype. My Burgle Rogue regularly stomped slow decks like that Priest.
Loved this. Felt triumphant to beat that priest. Excited what deck you showcase tomorrow!
You are a content machine, good work!

Almost completed them both the same turn
You really went and completed the priest healing quest as a rogue with a warlock minion, what even
"hopefully it's the heal one" I was like come on Mark, absolutely no one plays that quest... wtf
That priest probably conceded thinking oh my god what an annoying rogue deck, who even enjoys playing that
Is it possible to do a grizzled wizard combo, where you give the opponent something that completes their quest, and then steal their hero power

Mark’s motivations are beyond your understanding and that’s okay
I have done this a few times. It was all quests I couldn’t use lmao. (Hunter beast quest, stuff like that)
Mark needs too realize the true power of toggwaggles scheme it is so good in thief
i did this once with a pirate rogue to steal a warrior's pirate quest and i ended up completing the quest before him

Even a toxic win against rez-Priest is a good win. I hate no other deck as much as I hate rez-Priest.
Another sweet deck, keep it up! make the opponent rage lol
Classic Mark getting the worst luck every time.
wow...... imagine how much exp u would get theoretically by having two human characters worth of quests in a standard rpg game..... thats overkill

Res-priest is not as annoying as res-rogue with deck full of N'Zoth-s
Priest down, 8 more classes to go
He uninstalled and went to re-evaluate his life.
Can't you also just run coins and Lorewalker Cho?
He probably conceded because of the boredom of playing a deck like that
Why'd the Priest give up? I mean, he had another N'zoth and rogue doesn't even have many board clears.
Tess had the shard in her pool of recasts
Hey, do someone know why MarkMcKz is always rank silver 5 ?

1) People at that rank don't play meta decks/very well so it's easier to use meme decks and win. Thus it's good for him to stay low rank to play his meme decks.
2) Using meme decks loses. A lot. Thus keeping his rank low.
I hate the randomness of this game... Sometimes it's like they know what you want and go the opposite way
What happened? Hah
