I’d disagree, The Peak aside from his ability to control and talk to fish, The Freak has super strength aside from his weakness in his gills. Also, Starlight can’t use her ability during that moment since she’d essentially flash everyone trying to beat the The Cheap.

Also even though The Steep is the only superhero with a real muscular build Starlight deadlifts a car in the first season.
This is the state of a world without reason. The supers are insanely weak willed while the ordinary citizens are overwhelmed by incomprehensible arrogance that they've got from who knows where because they certainly haven't earned it. Every super seems to be possessed by this insane kind of weakness of integrity.

I love this noir don’t get me wrong but there was something about classic noir OG noir. He was very sympathetic and we never got to see him fight. Soulja Boy noir is really funny if Marvel and DC did a crossover with these. I would honestly love to see him interact with Deadpool and vigilante cause they’d be funny as hell
