@@archivist_13 basically yes, for example one party member struggles with shooting herself for a bit because it's scary. Shooting yourself with an evoker to summon your persona is symbolic of acceptance and defiance of the inevitability of death; "burn my dread".

You know how in the third palaces final boss (forgot his name) will power goes into blooming villain while transitioning from one phase to the next, I feel like the absence of the sound in the end of this vid could be either cut short or removed in place of blooming villain to play afterwards to king of replay an whole encounter with a boss, if any of this makes sense

@@megalcro Everyone knows that awakening to a special power has epic background music. It's part of the public's Cognition. Therefore, the source of the music isn't the Persona, but rather the Metaverse itself.

StormSnake0618 I wrote the script for mine, but it features a female protagonist I created, Persona 4’s protagonist as a thirtysomething mentor figure, and Marth from _Fire Emblem_ as my OC’s Persona. And yes, one of her battle cries is “I say when it ends!“

@@lilyanon5538 For the story I've made, for one of the races present, their evolved variants are practically Personas with most Psionians (the race in question) being able to summon them with a very rare few ascending and evolving into them through an unknown requirement set, with ascension from Psionian to Ceremenpsi/Psycheona/Psiona being unheard with some legendary ones being worshiped as gods by them. A pair of the characters (a female character that's basically a poppliosis born Alma Wade/Lucy (A. I have no played the original First Encounter Assault Recon or the other two F.E.A.R games, and there's certainly no way that I will, and B. I haven't read the manga or anime of Elfen Lied) while the male is a more Gray-like Mewtwo) that I've made receive the evolution/ascension treatment and I imagine it being their actual "other self" speaking to them before transforming via ripping their faces off before being engulfed by a mishmash of elemental energies. And if you're going to say it's weird, then yes, I admit, a character turning into a Persona in these games might or might not be like a character becoming a Stand in JJBA, I.E either seriously stupid and insulting to both fandoms or an absurdly badass and mind-screwing concept even by Persona and JJBA standards...

I love the concept of a Persona being awakened by achieving harmony with the inner self.
Accepting yourself for who you are and staying true to your principles and feelings is something very few people actually do but that anyone could theoretically achieve and should aspire to.
We all have that voice inside us, screaming, be it in anguish over the unfulfilling existance we have chosen or anger because of the unjust world we live in.
The idea of accepting that voice as a part of ourselves not to be ignored is a good message. Listen to your hearth, less you one day awaken to find it corrupted or broken.
That voice is from the other part of yourself, the true version of who you are within, and the both of you are the same, completing the set.
This fits perfectly of the term *”I am thou, thou art I”* or I could be wrong.

Not sure why, but damusicmahn's remix of Will Power reminds a bit of KI2013 with Will Power being the 2013 iteration of "The Instinct" and Awakening being the game's character select theme with the songs themselves in their original composition giving me that kind of feeling for some reason, not sure why....Just give Igor saying "Welcome to the Velvet Room" at the moment of entering character select as the equivalent to Ki 2013's "Welcome." in game or "Ready!" as heard in the character theme outside the game and it ices the top of my cake. I'd kill for the skill to make tracks based on Awakening and the 2013 reboot's character select theme for one track and Will Power and "The Instinct" for another track. If not, I will wish to do the idle motif treatment like KI 2013 did for their tracks if allowed to do so.

I was mainly expecting the disinterest to come from me going overboard with the song and remix comparisons and going on in what I'd like to see happen in Persona 5 Arena. I would go on, but I'm having a particularly stressful day at school today for reasons in relation to certain students that are scary when they're angry (nightmare-inducing as a matter of fact) and a project that is bugging me and stressing me out to no end upon first receiving it, so I'd rather not keep digging deeper into the "awkward hole". this is a point nobody has made, but you truly haven't gotten enough of this song until you hear it used against you in Akechi's Battle, then you get to experience it from both sides, which is just....indescribable, this time. YOU'RE the one who's in trouble. The enemy is the one who has "awakened" and God, you truly do feel fucked.
I wish I could have felt that way against akechi. I demolished him in my playthrough cuz I had a repel physical persona and Haru giving Joker repel magic. XD

Without spoiling the moment(s), how excited were you guys to hear this again in Strikers?
It was great, they honestly built it up perfectly. We go through the whole game without an awakening, unlike the og game, where there's one every new arc. So hearing it again alongside the actual scenes was just fantastic.
I definitely shed a couple of happy tears.
That moment was badass. Wolf fucks crowds up.
They didn’t even remix these tracks like they did last suprise, blooming villain etc because they are already perfect.
Funny thing though, the second time this plays, the cutscene following the awakening is so long that will power may just loop before the actual fight starts

He yells, his aura bursting with power that was untapped for centuries. His friends, and even Shiromori, were shocked to see the flames form behind the no longer scared Arthur Kingsman. What formed from the flames was a knight twice as tall, a scythe being wielded in its hands while it's topaz eyes glared at the plant woman. Sparks of pure lightning formed on the shoulders and on the scythe while it was holding it's weapon, ready to take the battle head on without a hint of fear. The same expression of a fearless warrior would also be on Arthur's face, as he was holding a sword in one hand, a sawed off shotgun in the other. "Lets get this through your vine-stone skull. You're gonna have to get through me first if you want to even lay a finger on my friends." He says, taking a battle ready position as he popped his neck, no longer fooling around. He was ready to teach the monster a lesson.

I still think it’s hype as hell to see an adult like Zenkichi awaken to his Persona later in life. It helps reinforce the concept that, while the majority of users in the games are in high school because of the setting, the awakening logic isn’t barred by age. Yes, there is a correlation because that’s when you’d most likely be in a position to awaken to your Persona, but it gives me hope that we’ll see more of them in the future (Toshiro!).
