  • Or saloon, whatever word does it for you. This car is so German that it was too serious for me to put a joke here. Now back to work.

      @@jankoakovic3564 get it bro, all you gotta do is maintain it and service it on time and often then it will last for long dude. I currently got my family’s old Audi A4 b6 1.8L T and it has 290ks on it and still running good, just has a few oil problems but that’s it

    What was mentioned about transmissions is incorrect. I'm not sure if this is an early or late 2004 car but either way it never came with an 0A3 transmission. If the car was early 2004 he would have been almost right as then the car would have the 01E which was in S4 and RS4 cars but not B6/B7 cars only od b5 models and earlier... 01E was in the a6 only by such a late year as 2004. In 2004 a new 6 speed is introduced which this car could have which isn't very strong it's called the 02X and is based on a front drive box and is featured in the b7 and the last b6 cars like this one where it was standard in late 2004 for quattro manuals. Diesels and s/rs cars got the 0A3 which is the strong desirable trans this guy thinks he has. If 6 speed was standard on USP and not on others when the car was made it is an early 2004 with a narrowband oxygen sensor.

    I have a 2002 A4 1.8t quattro, with the 5speed, and it is a lot of fun. Lots of problems, because it does have 185,000 miles, but it is crazy fun. If you are ready for some potential electrical problems, I would definitely recommend.

    please come test mine. Audi A4 B6. changed to a bigger turbo. garrett. this is just one in a hundred things i upgraded. 300 hp, and you really get that turbo kick. i've also upgraded the entire underbody with parts from bilstein and parts from Rs4. and the interior is ofc alcantara sport. i love driving this car

  • @tunanocrust5089
    @tunanocrust5089 Год назад +1

    Comparing the b6 chassis to a Honda shift wise and Subaru to the handing is way off. You can bang gears and shift quick in a honda, in the audi that’s a bad move and doesn’t work out well, Subarus to me have a lighter sense of steering and feel like they have less grip through corners. I work for a dealership driving all sorts of cars around, I’ve been in almost every generation Honda, Subaru, and Audi

    They are fun to drive, and quick. But develop all sorts of issues after 80k miles. Engine, computer, electrical probs, window switches, not to mention diesel gate lol, aside from that it's engineered brilliantly , by Germans.

    I have this audi in a cabrio. 12 year old under 90k. Replaced cvt trans, alternator, timing belt, 4 carpentie belts, cople of vacuum lines and breathers, etc.. To sum it up. This car is a Nice Looking Piece of Junk. Owned cople od Toyotas and Hondas and put on over 200k without any major problems.
