Hi i know i'm watching this a bit later than you posted. But your the first person i have heard talk about if they ask about allergies. I have a severe Nut allergy myself since i was born and carry an eppipen at all times but never had to use it. Would this still be okay for me to teach as its never stopped me before from travling and working? I'm just curious if you would know how epik would take it? Thank you for this video!!
Hey! Okay so they really care more about whether or not your allergy will hinder your ability to teach appropriately. Since this won’t be an issue for you in the classroom you can literally just treat it as a need to know, and just inform your school just in case they get food and it might have traces of nuts (also just in case in the rare occasion that you are unable to assist yourself someone will be able to). Short answer? No your allergy won’t make Epik not take you 😊 Although if you do want to know anything about how Epik handles allergies and/or chronic illnesses you can also check out Tayler with an E she has an autoimmune disorder but she’s been teaching here for +/- 4 years 🤗 Thank you for your question 🌻

And of course I always planned to tell who ever I’m working with how to deal with it incase it does ever happen!! I actually just watched Tayler with an E talk about her autoimmune disorder, it’s very inspiring to me. Thank you again for your assistance 🥺 I really appreciate it as no one really has spoken about allergies before!!

Congratulations on your interview!! I have no doubt it’ll go well 🌻🌻 Yes! They’ll ask you if you have any questions this is when you can inform them and they’ll advice on how you can find a work around. You can also wait till you’re 100% sure you’ve got the job and then send them an email to ask if you can join orientation a little later

Hey! 🌻 It’s okay to show your personality that way they’ll have an idea of where they can place you (elementary, middle or high school) but of course keep it professional, maybe keep the jokes and humour out of the interview but keep your personality in so you’re placed in a space where you feel most comfortable and your personality can best come work 😊🌻 When I said that, I didn’t say it to the interviewer 😂 I was just saying it for the purpose of this video.
Hey babe, No I didn't pay my agency. If an agency requests payment please don't pay them as it might be a scam. Legit agencies get paid by the Korean government. My letters of recommendation came from my previous employer as well as a character reference from a mentor that has worked with me previously

Although under the CEPA agreement, Indian citizens are eligible for positions if they meet all other requirements and hold a teacher's license in English.
