Just love your stitching and the projects you are working on. Wondering what’s your method for kitting up all these DMC projects since you have so many on the go?? Such beautiful work. You are so talented. How do you find the time. Wow. Also how do you determine what project to stitch on. You made my morning!!!!!
Good question! I like to have all of the threads in, Each project bag . If it uses a lot of a colour I will get a new skein - others wise I pull a couple of lengths off of my master dmc set. I stitch for an hour before work everyday on Christmas projects- then a few hours after tea. I try and put a couple of flosstubes to play and push my phone away - so I can just disconnect for everything and concentrate on my stitching. On my days off. I get up and complete the household chores and the. Have the rat of my day off to stitch. I work on a project for a couple of days - then I grab the next one. Sometimes there will be one that is calling to me and I will work on that until I feel like a change. Happy stitching
There’s a few that are WIPS in my stitching baskets (I have a few of those as squirrels 🐿 keep visiting)too. Plus projects waiting to be made by my sewing machine. Thanks for the encouragement to move along with mine. Blessings and happy stitching.
It's fun to see what projects everyone is working on! Thank you Clare for your support and encouragement this past year. Here is to 2025 and many more hours of stitching. Happy stitching
She’s such a fun one, I’m enjoying stitching her too! Charlotte always feels like I am not getting anywhere , but that is why I started at the bottom, to get the full coverage stitching done first. Happy stitching
Lovely to see Martha coming along. I need to have a close up in person on a couple of those beautiful samplers when I come to visit. So lovely. Anna and I are on the stash diet with you so we will all be there for one another 🤗🤗🤗
Your sampler selection is absolutely stunning. You inspire me! I started Sheep May Safely Graze after seeing Ellen from Maximum Cross Stitch finish it. But I have not worked on her in a while. I am determined to pull her out in 2025 along with you! I think we both will also have a finish on Martha Walmsley this year - I am about the same percentage done as you, and can’t wait to see her hanging on our walls. Keep up the great stitching, and for sharing with all of us. Best wishes for a wonderful, happy start to 2025. ❤
Love Let Love Reign. Ive also got her on the go. She's so beautiful stitch. I'm just finishing last leg of my first long dog Dilema then straight back to Let Love Reign. Teresa Kogut has become my favourite designer and I have quite a few of her charts to start. I'm in process of kitting up Serenity and few of her other new charts that were released
Oh Nerissa I have added Alice Smith to my wishlist at Traditional Stitches! I will watch faithfully as you progress with her in 2025. What a lovely wip parade. 🪡🧵☮️❤️
Your samplers are beautiful! Wow the Heaven and earth is amazing I have one from Golden kit I like to start on day. I love watching your videos you are such an inspiration Happy New Year Nerissa.
Wow! One of those big girls would be enough to keep me going through 2025. I don’t think I’ll live long enough to get through those WIPs but I love them all. I somehow think the speed that you stitch we’ll be seeing some finishes fairly soon. I’m also trying to cut back on my shopping this year but I would love Lucy Barber, HATS and DCVH 1785, Modern Folk Embroidery and the Jeanette Douglass ABC sampler box 😬 it’s going to be hard. Thanks for sharing your needlework with us. I really enjoyed seeing all your WIPs.
Thank you so much for watching. Yes some of them are going to take a while to complete. But if I put in one stitch it’s suddenly becomes one motif, then one page and before I know it I have completed the sampler. Happy stitching
I checked, New Zealand has 24 hours in each day just like I have in Minnesota USA. But . . . you sure do get a lot of stitches done in comparison. I so enjoy you.
I’m so glad you enjoy my channel, I have lots of fun sharing my stitching. Yes we only have 24 hours in a day . Some days are just more productive then others. Merry Christmas, happy stitching

Thank you. I stitching Christmas in the mornings before work. Then after work/ tea I work on my chosen wip for the evening. Most of my wips get 2 days - then onto another one . I try to complete a motif or section before moving on. I have occasionally been known to stitch all day on my days off. Happy stitching
