great job Bob,one Pitmaster Priviledge idea id like to send your way,is for a recipe like this,id cut up 2 or 3 bell peppers,quarter 'em,then alternate pieces of the bell pepper with the shrimp on the skewers before throwing 'em on the BBQ

It's not easy to get some proper shrimps over here, but we definitely will give this recipe a try! We will substitute the cilantro by a little lemon zest. Sauce looks amazin' !

I dont get why anyone would take the shell off the shrimp. Actually I eat the shell too (except the tail end) when theyre grilled like that. It gets pretty soft and tastes good.

The seeds absolutely do contain the heat. The membrane(white flesh) does as well.
Add honey? Why didnt I think of that before I must try it with regular steaks sometimes, marinade that stuff over-night. Oh and as always you guys are awesome!!

What is the best way to sharpen the knifes?
I Love ur Marinade! I do my shrimp little different. (WARNING!!!: U will have to lick ur Azz to get this Great Taste out of ur mouth!) I peel & butterfly them (Not De-vein as I like the flavor), stuff with Jalapeno, wrap in BACON (Ur Favorite food I'm guessing), put them on Skewers w/Cherry Tomatoes, Whole small shrooms, & Peppers in between each Shrimp. Put on Grill for few minutes 1st side, then slap on BBQ Sauce then repeat for the other side. Let me know what u think? Also as a side, Big Portabella Mushroom Caps marinated for like 15 minutes in Worcestershire Sauce, load up with Shredded Mozzarella & Cheddar Cheese & Grill or Bake. Make a Lot as they go Very Quick cuz Everyone Loves them! Y'all can also do this in Oven if u don't have a Grill.

Nice - if you use Naga peppers you get a citrus taste.. run with a pineapple, tomato, onion with brown sugar over big prawns as a sticky marinade :)
Pepper chicken works well with Naga peppers to (Harri Mirch chicken/prawn/lamb)..
