Loving this already! Perhaps you can make the one side of the walled garden a little lower like in the reference picture. This way you can also look at the garden from the patio! That rose bush is perfection by the way!😊

I work on a golf course and the striped lawns are done by the direction you cut the grass & a brush attached to the mower called “strip kits” that force the grass to lay a certain direction - they look so good and are super satisfying to do 😂👌🏼
Infrastructurist is such a great creator, I audibly shouted when you said his name because as soon as you started talking about it I thought of him straight away, I got CS2 purely after watching the way he builds, it’s incredible, just like watching you build. Both incredibly talented creators.
Striped lawn happens when you mow the lawn and the grass gets brushed into the other direction as you turn with the mower. It's similar to certain fabrics that get darker or lighter when you brush them into the opposite direction :)
I'm awful at terrain manipulation, so seeing you working with the terrain is very helpful to me 💚 the landscaping looks marvelous already and the swing is so lovely, I'd definitely stay a long time on it if I had one in my house too, see you tomorrow!
I love that tree swing!! as far as I know a striped lawn is achieved by using a roller on the lawn mower and going in one direction with one stripe then the other on the next. as far as I know anyway lol

really loving this series! it’s coming along so beautifully, i want to live there😍😫 also, i never though my knowledge on this would come in handy for other people, but as someone who looks after gardens and grounds for a job, the stripes in grass are from the direction you are mowing. there’s usually a roller by the blades which essentially squashes the grass so it all goes in the same direction!🌾

my friend as a kid had a swing in a tree on her farm and I spent more time with that swing than I did with that friend ngl (little me was hardcore in it for the vibey swing)
You know if you’re looking for a decent greenhouse like you showed in the reference picture for the wall garden, Max20 did a kit with plant, planters and a beautiful greenhouse, but sadly she’s not functional sooooo… It’s up to you
This is beautiful except the striped lawn I’m just not feeling it. But that’s just me a know a lot of people love striped lawns it just not my thing. But the rest of this build is gorgeous. Love your landscaping
I so dislike "lawns" IRL. Such a waste. I live in an HOA and my front yard has to be super manicured... my backyard tho :) I'm letting a 6x8 corn go wild. Eventually I'm gonna plant moss and thyme instead of grass. And I have wild flower and planters everywhere.

Sims 3 had the best mowed lawn terrain paint in basegame.
