- A hardworking man lives alone in a mountain hut. Today I'm renovating the kitchen and fixing up the tiny workshop. I bought an old, abandoned house and decided that it would be my new home. The house is made of mud and needs a lot of repair.

My goodness, you are one handy fellow! It's wonderful to watch you create the things you need. If you were in my area, (USA in the midwest), you'd have code enforcement inspectors and building inspectors checking for permits up your bum every time you turned around! The little kitchen in your cabin is really beginning to look good and I just love how you recycle everything and are able to make all your furniture. I see your sink isn't plumbed in so was wondering do you have hot and cold running water coming into your cabin?.
I'm really hope the snow will soon eventually gone and will keep my fingers crossed that the weather will be starting to turn and get better for you, as having to climb the mountain to clear off your solar panels is very dangerous for you, especially as your up there alone if heaven forbid you were to have an accident.
Is the nearest town far from your home, and do you have to travel there very often?.

I only have cold water that I collect from the roof and it is stored in a water tank, I heat it on a wood-burning stove. It's not so bad, I have neighbors who are about 150 meters away, we look after each other. And the bigger city is about 30 minutes away.

You should really consider raising your solar panels at one time. They will still catch snow,just not as quick probably.
The pillars that are placed behind the solar panels are already ready for the solar stand 👍

It's been a while since I've seen a video of you, Robert. I know that in the last video I saw there were already tiles in your kitchen. Now I'm a bit confused. And I've been unsubscribed too.
You are not anyone who works with wood, like a , maker, are you ? Where are the stops for your doors? The hinges won’t forgive you ! Please, a little strip of wood , preferably on the upper part in the middling part will do. It hurts me to watch some things you are doing and I am only the spouse of a cabinetmaker! It did hurt too, that you apparently had to use a chain saw to dismember the old cabinet. I’m sorry if I sound too critical, but some stuff just grinds! Please use youtube also for your work progress. I think it could help someone who apparently struggles with some of the renovations.

One mor question: does the shower and toilet in this part work for you?
