hello bro i live in this city in the center if you wanna visit me youre welcome. The Hague is not the capital. Amsterdam is the capital. However the government is in The Hague. This might be one of the only countries where this is the case. The Hague is the capital of the province called "South Holland" this is true.
There are a lot of great reasons to visit, but The Hague has such a rich history in Dutch kickboxing that's the number one reason I'd love to visit or even live for a short while
Awesome post about my city. Try to eat Indonesian food in The Hague next time. Just ask where to go when you visit again. Go in summer and the beach is lively.
Nice video. Too bad you recorded it one day when the weather was so bad. The Hague is no Amsterdam but is more fun than you see on this video. Come in the summer when all the terraces are full. The Hague has very beautiful and stately neighborhoods with lots of greenery, parks and beaches. Amsterdam is the eye-catcher of the Netherlands, but as a city as a whole, The Hague is more beautiful and fun. And also in The Hague there are plenty of eateries with food from all over the world. I recommend that you also visit the neighborhoods outside the center. Thanks for your video
Hi I am from The Hague and I watch your video's already for a long time. So it was a nice suprise that you visited The Hague. Hope you enjoyed it! You should have to come back when it is a nice hot summer day especially at the beach it is really nice there than! Great video thanks!
@@IslandHopperTV yeah, you need to dedicate (at least) a couple of (two) weeks between Amsterdam, and Den Haag to fully experience/cover, and emerse yourself into the culture, and everything else these (two) cities have to offer!
I would enjoy this travel vlog if I were to visit den Haag to find a way through the annoyances of an historical and cultural rich city to make my way to the beach where I could have a beer.
The Hague is a tale of two cities. It has two city centres. I am afraid you mixed them up. The Binnenhof, where the government is, is one. The Grote Kerk including the Grote Markt is the other. It has an interesting history. Its proper official name is 's-Gravenhage or the Count's Hedges but these days Den Haag will suffice. I live ten minutes walking from the Tweedekamer (the Second Chamber of the government). Luckily most tourists remain in Amsterdam and they are welcome to it. At this time of year it is very quiet thanks to vacation time. The city centre is car free with plenty of terraces.
I really enjoyed this walk so much lively people enjoying their life thanks for sharing this actually i too make walking video in Lahore Pakistan as it has completely different culture and atmosphere however i love to watch your videos i have just followed you to see your videos in future

First minute already has two major mistakes: The Hague is not the capital (should've known that if you're a professional blogger) and it's not 1h15 to get to Amsterdam by train, but more like 40 minutes (if you take the express).

It will likely be around 15-20°C with occasional rain
What ever "cold" means to you?!
Tell us about the prices hotel, food etc... how much would 1 week stay average..?
Around 120 to 150 but in peak season over 200 per night for a comfortable accommodation
The Hague is not the capital, but the seat of Government. Amsterdam is the capital.
Hello iam Indonesian ...
Hello Indonesian, I am Sikke.
How did you get a Uber? Did you use a cell phone? How did you have service over there? How did you pay? How does the exchange work?
I just used the app on my phone and paid using their payment system in the app
@@IslandHopperTV was there an exchange rate? Did you have to pay extra to get service overseas?
