Im so glad I have came across these videos from my area I been looking into getting into business in Lexington area and it nice to see how people are doing in the same community
Can you give me an idea as to what the kiosk's costs are and roughly what the readers on the machine run? Trying to figure a line item cost for the Laundroworks system for a total of 26 washers and 24 dryers. I would want 2 kiosk's like you all have as redundancy. Much thanks!
First, thank you so much for this and all of your super useful videos. I really appreciate you! Second, how do the customers like the system? Have you noticed any drop off in business or irritated customers who just want to use quarters? TIA for answering my questions!!
Thank you for your compliments. I can honestly say that we notice an uptick in business because of Laundroworks. You will always have some grumble about quarters at first, but once they see the ease of use, and not having to deal with all those quarters they come back to thank you. Also, we give 2 dollars for every 20 dollars cash, and the customers love it. If there is ever a problem, and you want to put money on someone card you can do it right there on your phone. Easy system, and it creates loyalty as well, because they will come back if they have a few dollars on the card.
You need the payment center, and that is one price, and then however washers and dryers you have you will need a reader for each. Small store not too expensive, big store a little more expensive
You guys make beautiful and functional laundromats, love the content! I am about to sign a lease for my first laundromat and most likely will be using Huebsch equipment if the distributer will work with me some on their initial bid which I felt was quite high. I know you guys switched from Spyder Wash to LaundroWorks. Do you know how LaundroWorks compares to Huebsch's Command system? I need to make a decision on this as I would like to go the direction you did with a card store, no coins. Any advice you have would be greatly appreciated! Best
How long does this system work - both the value add center and the card readers? Don’t those eventually break down due to the water/heat/dust that machines produce? Why not get coin-operated machines that have app-based systems so you get the redundancy of hybrid in case there are issues with either the coins going in or the app?
I would not use this system if I didn't do extensive research about it. We have 2 VAC's per location for redundancy, but don't feel that we really need it. We have been in the business for over 20 years, and this is a true game changer. I can't stand quarters, and I can't stand change machines that do break down all the time. Closest thing I get to passive income as well.
Great video thanks for the info. I'm in the process of opening my Laundromat and I will use Laundroworks.
Can't wait to visit the Splash 'Em Out laundries next weekend in Cincy! I hope to meet Kelli and Joe Dan....

Are you from Lexington? What business are you looking to get in to? Thanks for the compliments, and for watching.

System looks amazing. Thanks for sharing
can the system use a phone pay app instead of having to have a card?
Yes there's a Mobile App customers can use instead of a laundry card. Short video here: ruclips.net/video/ygxj-r20PIo/видео.html

does the cost of laundry works depend on the number of machines you have?

Impressive! Are the emails exclusively yours or does Laundroworks also retain that info? Plus does that make a difference in the cost?
We are only exclusive for all the contacts, emails, addresses, and phone numbers.
I like idea can I come down one day and check it out? Plus how hard is it to convert an old store?

We personally like Laundroworks. This video tells it all. I know it will work with any system you have out there. Good luck on your new store.
