I remember getting so dehydrated in Vegas during the Summer, I actually came down with a kidney stone.
Oh I’m so sorry to hear that- kidney stones are the worst! Yes, I agree though. And I’m an avid water drinker and still felt patched after a few days of being there. Body, skin, nails…all like paper.
