best part of this video by far is, "I've never taken it off"...camera zooms in on watch tan line lol
Bring it to Rick's pawn shop. He'd give you 20 bucks for it, but he'd be taking all of the risk.
Watch the seconds hands, the thing is barely running.
The best part is that the gentleman still has no interest in selling it. He cherishes the watch in an admirable way
That's why i dont wash the dishes - in the future those plates might increase in value. Ive been telling this to my wife and she just yells at me.
Finally someone with a beautiful watch who has used it for its intended purpose. Good on you sir and I wish you many years of continued enjoyment
The fact he's used the watch for its intended purpose every day is really comforting to me. People buy Rolex watches now as an investment. They're so expensive that they only come out for the best occasions. I wish they would produce a quality watch that was more afordable so that we could all enjoy it during our normal day activities
What I found funny is that he said he had no idea what the watch was worth, and then at the end he said he got a figure of up to $30,000.00. This guy knows exactly what he has, he is no dummy.
he shouldnt have worn it for 40 years than it was 100k
Not all tan lines are created equal.
Beautiful gifts are meant to be used and appreciated. Glad he still wears this watch and it isn't in a display case.
the fact that it has the tiffany & co cobranding is so cool. what a gorgeous time piece.
"I loved my uncle, and I really miss him."
Gotta say the watch is beautiful and the story is compelling. But the appraiser’s jacket rocks!!
Hard to believe something so complex could be so durable. Testament to build quality right there.

That watch looks so awesome, you can tell it was used for ever.
Wish My Uncle gave me a Rolex.
What a lovely story behind this beautiful Rolex. ❤️
I was literally waiting for the appraiser to scream at him "I live in a van down by the river"!
