    I suffered from Chickenguniya episode few years back, whick literally caused limping in my both knees. It led to lots of knee swelling, locking and pain. (I ran an ultramarathon in Malnad before this episode). I came to know about IF and gave it a try. Starting from 12/12 and reached OMAD. Not only swelling, pain and ROM of knees improved, along with exercise, but it reduced lots of inflammation from my body. At 59 now I am almost free from such pains and can cycle 50K in 1:42 and did Manali to Khardungla cycling with no pain and problems. Thanks to IF and consistency in exercise and diet. (Off the topic I would like to point out, Sirji, being a fan of yours, I would like to submit that Indian map at time line 1:28 in this video is not proper, may be mistake of your team mate.)

    Sir please i wanted to ask 2 questions
    1.i have been lifting from rund 5-6 months i was doing full body split then push pull leg. Now can i do Mikes HIT training like that one where they do chest and back then lega then arms and delts then legs agin
    2. Sir i fell very dizzy and fells like i will black out after doing smith machine squats with just 10-20 killos and also to menstion after i complete my set i fell like a neck pain its like some one has just punched me from behind why is it happening sir?

    Hello sir , I'm a 20 yr old female as you said about women i did the same , eating little to no food with 16 hr of fasting / restricted eating with hrs long of HIIT and 1 hr of cycling 6 days a week without any supplement or any external support i lost almost 30 kg of weight , but at the cost of my hair, skin and knee . Hair fall was so extreme ,skin became ruff with big red pimple , and extreme knee pain while climbing stairs and cycling . Dr advised me to stop cycling and HIIT. Immediately and rest with proper diet anc after a few months i was diagnosed with allergies with milk and peanuts so i had to cut down on that completely and i am a pure vegetarian, stoped fasting and diet as a result i managed to put on extra 25 kg again , should i give restricted fasting a try ??

      There is no one protocol of exercise which works
      Hundreds of them.work
      For yourself follow a simple rule of 4 days of progressive weight training a week and add cardio after or on other days
      Rest is calorie deficit

      @RameshKumar-ng3nf i take metformin 500mg after dinner. I eat 'diabexy atta' rotis as its carbohydrate is low. I check my blood sugar in the night daily after 2 hours of dinner. If it's more than 140 mg/dL than I do jogging for some minutes to reduce my blood sugar. Only intermittent fasting is not helpful.. reducing carbohydrate content in diet is very important for diabetics. By following all this my hba1c reduced from 11 to 6.4 within 3 months

    Sir I am a teen and rather eating junks I decided to take protein diet . I take 100 100 gm of chickpeas, rajma,soy, dahi milk and also mother hands food like roti dal rice . Basically I calculated total protein 95 so is it correct. Should those beans and legumes should be calculated as google mention?????

      You must do cardio to burn extra calories because all veg protein sources are rich in carbohydrates. It helps you to maintain your body composition

      You can choose that you can try and sustain

      I eat my last meal quite late around 10 or 11 in the night
      Then eat the next meal at around 2 in the afternoon
