@@armaan1012 if someone defames indian supreme court or its judges, the supreme court can itself take up a case against the person, this power of Supreme court is called Suo motu cognisance, and the act under which the said person would be called to court is Contempt of court..
So if kamra says that the SC judge bench is like an arbitration of brahmins and baniyas, then court can take action against him because of contempt of court...
But even if a case is filed , the judges for the trial of the case would either be brahmins or baniyas

Even though there is a reservation system for sc st obc for almost all govt exams including the judicial exams, the number of the reserved category people in the highest positions is low, even though they get through the exams they never reach the top most position.. Whereas the topmost position are always dominated by people from upper castes like Brahmins baniyas kshatriya etc..This phenomena is called Glass ceiling effect in sociology..even though it seems that Reserved category people are given equal opportunity but they never really reach the top.
