I'd like to correct the fact that this PC does NOT have an eSata port on the back panel like you said in the video. It's a DisplayPort (for digital video and/or audio output). The difference in image quality between analog (VGA) and digital (DVI, HDMI, DisplayPort) outputs can be very clear and even very important when we are talking about a PC meant for office use. Take care of your eyes (among other things), use a good monitor and lose VGA!

Hello Sagwal. This CPU is no good for video or photo editing purposes. Just to slow. The build in video chip is the weak intel chip and you cannot add a good video card internally to the system. This is only for word processing, email and internet, but nothing heavy. Have a good weekend. 😀👍

Disconnect your computer from the electrical power and take out the CMOS battery. Leave it out for a while. Re-insert the battery. Now the BIOS should be reset to factory settings without a password requirement. I hope it help. Please let me know. Have a good evening 😀👍

Hello Mad Scientist. I am sorry to tell you that you cannot upgrade this mini PC with an AMD Ryzen. The motherboard is an Intel motherboard. Actually, except for RAM and hard drive you cannot upgrade anything in this mini PC.
+lawpetex Lenovo did not really design it for home use its more or less a Office PC hence why they say its perfect for enterprise use you dont need 1080p in most of those environments and those that work in design or 3D design will use alternative setup's , I use one of these at work and its fine.
These were made for small offices/business. If I were to buy one of these, I'll rather get a laptop. You get the same specs (with better variants) and price plus you get a screen/monitor with a laptop. If i wanted it to be connected to a large screen, a laptop can do that too. Provided you remove the battery when portability is not needed.

As with a laptop the ability to upgrade and add hardware is with this tiny desktop very limited. You can upgrade the RAM, replace the existing hard drive with a bigger hard drive or a SSD. But adding hardware like a video is not possible. The case is too small for that and the motherboard is lacking any expansion slots.

you can use a I7 4770 i it if you want. The issue becomes the thermals. a 55 watts cpu in those machines will go up to 90c

I had one of these Tiny PCs. These things become obsoleted incredibly fast... mine doesn't even have 1080p support, what a failure.
