"Welcome To Mob Rule Britain!" - Ex-Met Police Detective On Antisemitism At Pro-Palestine Protests

  • Britain’s biggest police force needs to rebuild the trust of the Jewish community after an antisemitism campaigner was threatened with arrest at a pro-Palestine demonstration, the Prime Minister has said.
Rishi Sunak told journalists that he shared public shock and anger over exchanges between Gideon Falter, chief executive of the Campaign Against Antisemitism (CAA), and officers policing the protest in central London on April 13.
But he said he has confidence in the head of the Metropolitan Police, Sir Mark Rowley, if the commissioner works to rebuild the confidence and trust of the Jewish community and the wider public.
Sir Mark has faced calls to resign from Mr Falter and former home secretary Suella Braverman, who has made no secret of her critical views of how the Metropolitan Police has dealt with protests.
He is due to meet with Mayor of London Sadiq Khan on Monday to discuss “community relations”, and is also expected to meet Home Secretary James Cleverly.
Julia Hartley-Brewer is joined by former Met Police detective Peter Bleksley to discuss.

Look I don't care if Gideon had planned his London walk with his friends! That is not the point! The point is that Jews are being treated as 3rd class citizens at the expense of the violent rabble who seemed to be given a vast scope of consideration by the police and by the MET! This situation has to stop and to be fair Jews should be allowed to walk in London on any day they like, they will probably be threatened yes, by the Hamas pro Palestine mob, if that is the case then the duty of the police is to protect them, why? because they are just doing and availing of their city to be there in freedom! That's why!! The innocent should be protected, it is not the Jews who are doing the threatening is it? it is the Palestinian protestors who are doing that, since that is the case the MET should protect the innocent side.. which is the Jews.

Its not just about the _'Austerity Argument'_ though. The police force opened their doors and lowered their recruiting standards to allow recruitment of diversity hires.
You want the police to be staffed by people who meet the high standards and are suitable for the job. Not shoehorned in because of their race, colour of their skin or sexuality.
These three things do not matter to me.
If i report an incident and the responding police officer that turns up is any of these three things or none of these things, Im not going to question them about it because its honestly none of my concern or business. Im also not going to turn them away and ask for someone who meets my criteria of a police officer. Im just happy that a police officer turned up and hopefully do their job to the best of their ability.
The same reason the police are suffering is the same reason the British Army and Navy are suffering. Destroyed a country that people were once proud to defend then opened the doors up to diversity hires when recruitment dropped to an all time low. You want people SUITABLE for the job not people shoehorned in to tickboxes as a means to and end. Its not going to end well.
As always, Big thanks to the Mayor Of London for turning the police force into such a farce.

The police need to have the power to refer marches to the Home secretary removed and the Home Secretary needs to just have the power to say "NO" without reference to the police. In London especially the question is "Do we need an MPC". perhaps the Home Secretary coule take over that function and grip the Inspector and above ranks with "Do it my way or resign!"
