what's a shrink
How to get the good ending:
After removing the handcuff, you have to go to the room where dad is patroling. His spotlight is faster than you, so you have to hide behind objects to progress.
There is also a cupboard with a flashlight you need to progress(otherwise you'll have to return later to get it)
Once you get to the door on the other side, you can see the locked door to the basement and your phone(which he took away). When you use the phone, he comes over there to investigate. You have to hide in the closet, and when he looks at the phone you have to do a pick-pocketing minigame.
Once you get his key, you have to hide until he returns to his patrol room. Then you can use the key to access the basement and you can use the flashlight to find the metal detector.
Once you did that, you have to return to the hallway next to your room through dad's patrol room. After unlocking the door with a makeshift key, you have to use the metal detector to play a minigane where you have to listen for the detector's beeps and avoid the mines.
If you get through this, you get a cutscene of you running away from the house, with dad looking out the window. Once you're far away, he says "I guess i raised a winner after all. Hahahaha!"

I think it would be a much longer, and difficult game, with many endings, and fake endings/game overs
@@axl256gamesx7 this is the chapter 3 good ending, in chapter 1 is, well, where everything begins, and chapter 2 has its own endings, including a good ending. Chapter 2 is when the dad starts going insane and one day is enlightened by something (explained in chapter 5), thus, torturing his 3 children and making them "real men". Our protag is one of them.

I love that the dad, while presumably abusive, is never actually seen harming the son directly. It makes this relationship so much more confusing, in the best way.

so, basicly you need to disctract dad in the living room by throwing paper clip in the kitchen because you wont need it later, then open the wardrobe and get Dad's metal detector, then carefully exit the courtyard and you're free!

Oh wait you can actually bypass getting the metal detector if you memorize where the mines are located and jump over them. It's a really good tool for speed running as it shaves off like, half the game time

I love how the son talks in gibrish. It's a good design because to us he is speaking nonsense because we never been through what he has been but there are subtitles through his POV to make us understand making the nonsense we perceive make sense.
In case any of you want to learn minesweep, here's a golden tip: It's NOT a guessing game. Sometimes you have to risk, sure. But you can decrease it to a minimum if you learn the rules properly.

The numbers are used to indicate how many mines are right next to the tile with that said number, so if you see "3" that means there are three mines on the tiles next to it, but you have to figure out which tiles have the mines

I can't believe this is an animation and not a game, this is incredible. Loved the art style, the animations, the SOUNDS effects!! I would buy a game like this.

Plot twist, he was a good father the whole time and he was trying to help his son escape while he himself was losing it and needed a way to save him despite his mind being destroyed, so he trained him in minesweeper and gave him a paperclip.
