There seems to be a lot of crappy negative comments from other people trying to knock you down or your operator skills. You guys with the negative comments go ahead and make a better video that puts out the same good information that this one does. I liked the video and thank you for putting out the information I was looking for.
Hey man I love watching your videos you're my inspiration and you helped me learn much more about different operating skills thanks. My dad just started his own earthmoving company with a terex pt-30 and a kobeco sk-17 I'm 15 and I've been operating for about 12 years now anyway I can't thank you enough for your help you keep up the good work and have fun.
+orbiter119 It is very easy! They will install a demo on your machine if you want to try it out. Contact your local SITECH dealer. They install the systems. They are based out of all the Cat dealerships.
That's the best part of having new machines there fully loaded I have a 250 bobcat and I use for things like clearing land and clearing show but it doesn't have heat or ac in it so it's always freezing or always boiling
it's strange that you don't got rotortilt's on any of your machines. And on this rental you used a rock bucket? doesn't it take twice the time to get the job done?
+Kevin Shea It was too big for the site. It was far away at one of my jobs and I could move the 316 with our truck and trailer. I have to hire a lowboy to move the John Deere 200.
Hi, I'm usually excavating drains and site clean ups. I'm trying to get a job as an operator to do what you do. Can you give me any tips? Many business owners want site cut experience and I don't have any. I know I can do it but many people won't give me a chance. Cheers
been down that road man, best chance of getting a job is as labourer on a roadworks crew and move up ladder from being on end of a shovel to a Operator, or trying to get into a Coal /Gold Mine operating you only really have to load trucks in the Mines easy as piss. Most excavation companies here want ppl with at least 2 years experience and class 4 truck license I went through a 4 month digger school course and got my WTR endorsements and still struggled to get work its cause the cost/time of training people on job most companies wont do it I found a couple that did though they want you to be able to work unsupervised, nothing is guaranteed in this industry! all about baby steps, its not exactly rocket science either though.
hey thanks for the reply. fortunately for me, someone was kind enough to try me out. So i have been doing site cuts now for two weeks on a cat 311D. I love it and i still cant believe i get paid to play in the dirt. Im sure you can agree with me on that. thanks for the advice and thanks for the good content.
+Dirt Ninja but it has the quick coupler mechanism, right? Didn't Milton have a wide grader bucket lying around? seems like that would have saved you half the work.
I actually just watch some of this video, you leave so much to do around the edges but trying to be picky about the field. Now when you clean up your edge with the ctl, I assume you'll be fucking up the field. In this application always cut and clean edges then your field as you go. If you were on my crew you'd be laid off after the first warning.

I know right, like everyone just has to get their 2 cents in on how their way would be better
This is incredible how fast you move through this.
+KC Sewer Repair Thanks!

So you've been running machines since u were 3
Some of us yes, my father had me loading out trucks since I was 4
Great video. Great hat. Looks like the system saves a bit of hand raking.
+Scott Crozier It saves a bit of everything. Great system!
+Dirt Ninja wow your a good operator
The trimble system looks amazing! haven't tried one yet but I would love too! looks like it makes getting your depth so easy!

Wow, you got real close to the house and you did not touch it while you were digging, excellent !!!!!!
+Carlos Elias Thanks!
I love those machines. Beautiful.
How long did it take you to be so precise with those excavators? I want to learn.
+Carlos Elias Ive been on heavy equipment for 24 years
nice. Great job. You are indeed very good.
You are really good with that machine. Buying a 305 mini soon
I have a 302. Hows the 305 trees treating you? Thinking about trading in
Now this is cool. I love watching this but I’m always driving lol.
There should be an 'quick on' attachment to cover teeth for smooth bucket edge option.
You got the Hard N Fast with Precision style I also like to apply at work. haha nice
i love that trimble systm... its really most helpful on a dozer
Why not a 5ft clean out bucket? Especially with a treble...you'd be done in 1 hour
Sounds like the Cat Dealer is taking good care of you.
+VideosByAl Yes, Milton Cat has been great so far!
+Dirt Ninja that's the system that was on the mini right?
+Dylan Chalmers Correct same exact one.
What’s your tolerance you’re shooting for with the excavator?
It seems like a big excavator like this would be rough on a sensitive system like this. How rugged is it with a big machine?
+DigsDirtDigsMusic Extremely rugged. Its made for this. Everything is military spec.
can u make a walk around of the triaxle
Have u ever rented any backhoes
I love that system... Want to get it on my machine
+Shawn Johnson Yea its really nice. Definitely worth it.
why aren't you using a clean-up bucket? cleaner and way faster..
You can see junior here caught his tracks at 5:49. That’s cuz he had them buried with material.
it's strange that you don't got rotortilt's on any of your machines. And on this rental you used a rock bucket? doesn't it take twice the time to get the job done?
Nice vid
Looks like the cat was not really steady ?
+Hannes ferruccio Thanks for watching! It was pretty steady, I only had about an hour on it when I shot this video.
why didn't you use your new to you machine in this project
+Kevin Shea It was too big for the site. It was far away at one of my jobs and I could move the 316 with our truck and trailer. I have to hire a lowboy to move the John Deere 200.
Why wouldn't you want to use a clean up bucket to cut grade"
+Blake Parker I would have loved that but it was a rental and this is the bucket it came with.

Do you own your own yards ape company?
why you dont use the rototilt
I didn't even see your head and camo hat in the first 30 seconds lol
+rude252 That camo works wonders. lol
I think u guys should buy that
👌👍
very nice system and your work style too good, swing speed should be normal
Why such a narrow bucket for grading and loading?
+Greg Huhman And why the teeth?
+GNA It was a rental and thats what came with the machine
+Dirt Ninja but it has the quick coupler mechanism, right? Didn't Milton have a wide grader bucket lying around? seems like that would have saved you half the work.
Fill that truck up already!!!!!!!
Wouldnt the mud bucket have been easier
Didn't they have a trimming bucket
True excavator operators don't sweep the bucket. Especially when you have a skid steer sitting there.
+FiremanCH87 Well then I wouldnt be an excavator operator...
Holy fuck get the truck closer!
I drove that cat I think
Should at least have a 36" bucket or possibly bigger and a sissy in that application.
And get rid of all the sand! Use rock instead.
Full bore no need wear and tear for no reason.....makes the operation jerky....bad practice!
Go buy a load of chickens, might be faster!!!
You have been working at McDonald's for a long time. I thought you would be manager by now.
a good operator doesn't need gps
Turd Ferguson lol what do you use then string line?
The "turd" in your name says it all.
Don’t need running shoes to run but it certainly helps

I feel like the advice was solid but the delivery was disrespectful and totally unnecessary.
Such a waste of production.
+Greg Huhman How so?
Good control does not make a good operator, I can immediately spot 3 ways in which you're losing efficiency. I for one am not impressed, at all.
+yammyharrone Care to share your 3 ways?
yammy you probably some pipe laboror somwhere who thinks he can operate
Useless video
