I am from Brazil and I have already taken this flight as well, in fact their service during the flight is not good in one of my trip they offer only water for free, if you want a coffee you have to pay.

Yes unfortunately the service is not included in the price, Finnair have the same policy for exemple

when I took this flight only water in for free, I had to pay for the coffee. I recommend you do like I have done, from Amsterdam to Kiev I have traveled via KLM.

I have no idea how old was this plane but most of UIA fleet is quite old and this 737 was not an exception
