I can attest to this yes it does 🤣 after both my TOT concerts my neck, back, and shoulders hurt for several days afterwards but its all worth it getting to see my favorite artists play live!!!!! 🤘🏼❤️
Thanks for saying so! I've always been wondering! I just hope that after that, that pain will pass. I hope that's how it is Lonny! because we need you in excellent condition and you know it! 🙏🏻✌🏻🦅🎸
I know this pain because while listening to your songs, I sometimes bang my head and it hurts so much, but what you do not do when you are happy, any pain will endure
I know how much it hurts but I still do it. Any time that ive been to a Falling in Reverse or Black Veil Brides show i always have a huge “Bangover” for several days. The last Falling in Reverse show I went to I ended up minorly tearing a muscle in my neck and could hardly move it for 3 weeks😂 Worth it.
I can confirm it does hurt lol. When I went to the TOT Pt.III I was headbanging like crazy. Halfway through the concert my neck was already hurting a lot but what can I say when my literal top 3 favorite bands played in the same night 😂 The pain didn't stop me from having the best night of my life even though my neck and shoulders were killing me throughout the rest of the week. So worth it though!
Oh dude if I'm at a show or just rocking out in the car and I start ferociously headbanging my head will feel like I have the biggest hangover in the world 😂😂😂
I call it a bangover; which I’ve already given notice to my coworkers I may be in rough shape come Wednesday the 23rd. My teamlead understood and put me down to come in two hours late if I need it. Seeing them for the third time the 22nd!! Well it’ll be two for Lonny since we missed him in the first leg of ToT… so stoked🤩💫🤘🖤
Not in the moment when you’re on stage. When you have the adrenaline flowing through you and feel the music, it feels natural. When you get off stage and deal with it the next day, yes lol. Always do neck stretches and take Tylenol… maybe even a hot towel.
I can attest that ot not only hurts but if you aren't careful you can seriously injure yourself. I have had 3 discs replaced with 4 plates and 12 screws holding it all together.
As someone who has chronic migraine and has severe chronic neck pain issues from said chronic migraine, I have to prepare four to five days in advance for a concert. Then a full week or more in recovery. Although for me it’s such a pain to recover from a concert so I applaud you for doing this everyday or every other day. You’re a badass. I appreciate your hard work with BVB. Keep headbanging safely. 🫶🏻

Truth! 🙌🏻
Bangovers hurt like a bitch, but they are so worth it. Can’t wait for the neck problems to kick in 30 years from now, possibly less than that 😅
THANK YOU FOR COMING TO CHARLESTON
Such a fun show!

Just watched Slipknots live debut at Ozzfest, now that hurt
Yup! I saw Slipknot last year at Blueridge. I feel you!
That’s not really headbanging , that was more like nodding 😂
Check out Mike Smith's Headbangs
I'm much too old to headbang anymore. But always had a stiff neck thr next day.
What about your brain and do you get dizzy?
Ah, yes. The curse of rock and metal.
🖤🖤🖤🤘🥰
lmao.
😂 Yes it does
What kind of band is that?
I’m playing with a metal band called Black Veil Brides
Ok
What song you played?
Does the pope () in the woods
