So hopefully someone can help . I been hearing first 5 min of a FVG take but then I also hear there has to be a mss and then you take the 5 min FVG ? Which one do you prefer

is it valid if the candle sweep the high/low at 10:00 am or it should be start from 10:01 am?
It's a very extreme case 😂
But I would say, you wait for the 10:00:00am candle to close. Then starting at 10:00:01am you can start to wait for the sweep of the level 👍

Does this strategy also work on london silver bullet or only for NY silver bullet?
I would suggest you backtest it first yourself on London Silver Bullet just to make sure! Do you trade both London and NY sessions?

Hey I believe it was you in your video when you talked about displacement of 600+ what are you referring to when it come to the units of measurements. (Are you referring to handles)?

600 is simply what you see on your screen on tradingview when you hold shift and scroll to see the displacement. However, 600 is actually 60 points on US100👌

I have different strategies now and some require other displacements. But when I see a 600 displacement being part of the setup, it gives me more confidence on the trade!

You're right, I just thought that since it's only 1 month of backtesting, we won't learn much anyways (except for winrate and return). This strategy is only good in seek and destroy conditions or when the market is consolidating.

Whats the winrate sir
It's only 1 month of backtesting, unfortunately, we lack sufficient data to accurately determine the win rate of the strategy. I didn't want to mislead everyone by just shooting a winrate number, I suggest at least 6-12 months of data to get a good measure of the winrate! 👍
Don't know if its me but when I backtest these type of strategies I get like a month or week of insane profits like 13%, and then its all drawdown almost non stop. Most of times price doesn't go back to the range, it just keeps dropping while showing you false entries.
It's useful though, I'm going to try to improve the entry criteria and maybe just use it once a month or something when all conditions are met.

I backtested this strategy with Nasdaq for 10 months (from 1/1/2023 to 31/10/2023), and the results are as follows: a total of 60 trades, average RR: ~3RR, a win rate of 48.3% with a PnL of $47,866 (with a backtested account of 100k and a risk of 1% per trade). I think it's quite decent.
Am currently backtesting the whole of 2023 using GU... will get results here too...
