    I purchased the primer but had no luck with her. I think the cold altered the formula and it is chunky and the ingredients have separated and are stuck to the side of the bottle. Both bottles have the same separation issue.
    I have been trying to reach out to the house of Bo but it is very very difficult to get a response.
    I also ordered Rosario and that fragrance is one of the most beautiful scents I have ever encountered.
    I was ordering Bombon after work but it sold out quickly. But I am excited for this to get back in stock.
    I ordered samples of a few others to try.
    Your produce are beautifully made as well as aesthetically beautiful but customer service is very difficult to get ahold of.
    My heritage is Hispanic and I am so proud and honored to find a company that I csn support that is a part of my heritage.

    My top 3 fragrance houses.
    However, custom service truly needs improvement. It takes weeks to get a response. I sent back a perfume primer a month ago for a refund and have yet to receive a refund or response to either of my emails.
    The products are beautiful. Have been immensely enjoying all 4 fragrances I have purchased.
    But I also hold customer service to a high standard, as much as I do the product.
    It is disconcerting how difficult it is to obtain help or get answer from the house.
    I truly understand keeping up with high demand and customer emails but a month with no response seems very excessive.
    I am a part of 2 fragrance communities with nearly 300,000 member and I hade been diligently promoting this brand but because of the quality and beauty of their products.
    But I want to be able to support them for their good customer service as well and i unfortunately am unable to do so at this point.
