What I like about Lenny’s podcast is that there is a tremendous cultural focus on Founders while there is wayyy more than just founders and Lenny’s podcast showcases and gives insights around the expertise around non-founder experts and leaders.

I call those the Rotisserie chicken features. And arguably, your example of bill pay - zooming into relevant areas may not be meant to get customers through the door, but something that makes them love their bill pay app, which also happens to do all these other things - which you stay for.
Loved this interview, yet another insightful conversation, thanks Lenny.. thanks Rohini.

I'm looking for practical advice on storing user feedback. Is that maybe already covered by a particular episode?

As the complexity of an organization and the need for innovation increase, more leaders are required-people who take responsibility for a number of resources in pursuit of achieving a goal. We call them many things, PMs being one of them. Another great Sunday morning with Lenny and ☕.

She mentions PM’s having “deep customer research” skills - are there any courses or classes one can get in to learn how to do that better?

Is it just me, or did you miss Failure Corner on this one? 😅
Amazing interview as usual. Thank you.

love that you know that. Failure corner is an occasional segment, I don't do it with everyone, since it depends on how much time we have and how many other things I want to ask about.
