you must set the PROFINET device name of KUKA robots in Workvisual (default is kuka-noname) identical to the one in TIA(default is krc4), otherwise name assignment should be performed in TIA diagnostic tab.

"krc4 compact does not recognize me" May be KRC4 do not have facial recognition.
I basically did everything like in the video . But in the minute 7.51 in the video it showed the device name , but at mine it showed nothing .
make sure you installed the required option package on KUKA side to enable the Profinet interface... It is not included in the video. Sorry
