Quick explanation: You get air back when you successfully fend off one of the animatronics. Also, pretty sure power is infinite, only air is limited, and shutting the doors drains air

My guess at what the story of this game is:
So this place, Bondee's has animatronics with safety and security protocols, all of them except Kou, Kou the cow has a special protocol, she will protect any lost child she comes across until they are reunited with their parent.
Though, these protocols are either glitchy or these robots are somewhat sentient as apparently her idea of protecting a lost child is to hide them inside her and the others are trying to kill you.
You, the player character, are a child who went to Bondee's on your birthday but I guess the child got really frightened by something, that something being accidently lighting Bondee (the human robot) on fire.
Either that or they got lost or scared by something else.
Anyway, the child runs about the building until they meet Kou, Kou seeing the child distressed and alone activates her Safety Protocol and allows the child to hide in her.
This eventually suffocates the kid to death unfortunately but before that, the other robots are trying to kill this kid for some reason, the reason may be that their security protocols are straight up trash, unable to recognise a kid from intruder or...
The robots are some level of sentient and are _pissed_ at the kid for lighting Bondee on fire.
Given the dialog of Kou and the fact that the night guard shocks any robots they see malfunctioning/glitching, I'm placing my bet on it being a mix of the two, sentient robots with trash dumpster fire security and protection protocols.
Either way, that place is gonna get sued into the ground.

I'd say either the kid is still alive and trying to survive the night with Kou's help, or Kou is trying to protect this dead child

Just letting you know fuzion that the final hour is like a test of everything you learned and its expected to be difficult but doesn't mean everything has to be perfect and also if you didnt understand any of the cut scenes it shows your characters interactions with the other animatronics before the events of the game

this game probably has some of the most unique character designs out of any fnaf fangame ive seen, they stray away from the original look in an honestly great and pretty recognizable way

Since the percentage involves oxygen, perhaps the reason it goes higher when the thunking noise sounds while you are opening the mask could indicate the character's relief that the animatronic left.
because of that i always thought it was more of a stress meter, just going in reverse

I gave some advice on the last video, I'll give some more! You can tell when the animatronics have left when you hear the banging noise, for certain. When the chick shows up on the screen, there are 2 possible videos that will show. Depending on which one you see, close the respective door. Don't flash the light on the new guy, hold it. When the camera is watching you, you don't need to worry about something attacking. I promise. I completed the game and in the whole time nothing attacked me when the camera was on me. You're doing well!
Edit: The tape mentions 'closing the right door' in one of the nights. That's warning you that the chick will be coming and to close the correct door. They did mention the chick, but it's very cryptic and confusing.
Edit 2: I think night mode is the normal game but you play it continuously. Do custom hour!
a thing i've noticed watching people play this game: the camera seems to shut down faster if someone is at the door. and if someone is at(an open door) then the camera won't activate unless they leave or the door in question is closed. seems like good game design to prevent an impossible lose lose scenario

A good strategy is to bring a 50 BMG to the night and you should be able to fend off pretty much anything that comes your way

I realized when the two door characters are no longer in front of the door, they give a few percentage of opacity percent, though it might not prove useful as the player is in the moment.
The duck in the cutscenes and photos at the end of the night represent the lost child, you are the lost child inside of kou the cow, they mentioned kou is more protective than defensive or aggressive at the start. I just now realized this

For whatever reason, I feel like this game holds a special place in my top favorite fnaf fangames just because of how creative it is. I love the story and the mechanics seem particularly interesting, especially when if you don't stand still, the guard will shock you (apparently that's what they're supposed to do when an animatronic malfunctions), leaving you to die. I personally love that idea and its actually logical, so bravo to you, Otis! (And of course, to you too Fusion, since I love the commentary on your videos)

If you look at the image that fades in while the farmer burns in that cutscene, it's an image of him at your door, just from a behind angle. You can see his pose matches perfectly, with the top of his head just a little above the door frame like in the actual night

The “Night Mode” is just the original game, but it’s in one session, so you have to play through every hour all together, kinda like in One Night at Flumptys

Again, the “Breath Meter” on the screen jumps up after a successful defense against any of the animatronics. Like your character can “Breath a sigh of relief” that’s why it goes up like that

By the way, in case you didn't realize, the camera CANNOT be active while an animatronic is ready to attack. If the camera is there for several seconds, you're safe, but if it goes down quickly, someone is attacking.
Small timeline and event theory:kid goes to the place, farmer was burned previously and is scared of light( I think his dinosaur roar is his burned voice box), kid climbs inside the cow, fights his way but ultimately dies? Then how does the one animatronic catch fire? Tell me if you know
I remember the videos where he played as 'purple guy', it was kinda comedy game, you just tried to gain control of the chidrens trust and just lead them to a room and kill them then stuff them in a suit lol

You gain back air for fending off threats. It’s for balancing reasons because you lose air quicker when you shut the door so by giving a little back you aren’t just doomed.
On the last night you could tell fusion got stressed out because he usually is more energetic and talkative when he’s having fun
I also think that the cow aka you is not possessed, but that it’s a kid who got lost hiding inside the only friendly animatronic (or that it is hostile and is just not aware of him being inside) staying alive until the morning so he can be saved.

I heard that the reason of why Bondee runs away when you flash him. It’s bc he got trauma of the candle , which means he fears of smth bright

The little runner guy was mentioned when the sheep was added. It said something along the lines of "make sure you close the correct door."
I wonder if the night guard is also dealing with the animatronics, that's why the camera in your room doesn't turn on that often
This is my explanation to why you get power randomly: I think its that when you fend off an Animatronic, or you could say "Barnyard Pal" you regain some Power, or in this game, oxygen.

Fusion, when a character leaves the door your oxygen goes up a tiny bit. This can tell you that they leave the closed door

Notice how, if you die from the camera catching you, it states 'the guard will shock you', as well as the fact that, in the beginning, they state 'Kou will keep a child enclosed until their parents return'. Fusion is playing this game as a lost child, not as the security guard." and it is so true along with the breathing sounds like a scared little kid and that a kid climbed inside of Kou which is who he is in, also check out their channel :)

This is what I think the story is : it’s your birthday and your blowing out the candles when bondee started malfunctioning security closed up and sent bondee to storage he woke up and chased you in till you ran into kou the cow who hid you and then your playing as kou trying to keep the kid alive in till opening in till bondee broke in and then Kou started malfunctioning killing the child . The reason you didn’t see the other robots is because bondee wasn’t the first to malfunction

Fusion, this is day 2 of me asking for you to play the game "Horror tale" again, it's an amazing game and it has the same style as hello neighbor, it's really surprising how good the game is. The game is about this kidnapper taking kids, and one kid decides to find them. But gets kidnapped himself. Then he needs to find things in the map to give to his friend so they can upgrade the treehouse. While trying to survive the kidnapper. It's not that much of a good description but still. It's an amazing game.

I think the reason it moves up is an indicator of when someone leaves since whenever you fend someone off it seams to shoot up. I'm guessing this is happiness and it goes up when your safe from one.
