The feeling of getting your favourite childhood doll back is impossible to describe by words other than say pure happiness and nostalgia! I have just received as a bday gift to myself one of my fav barbie dolls as a child! I cried when i opened the box, and i felt so emotional at the amount of memories that hit me when i held the doll in my hands to see her closer. I am so happy for you and i just can't stop loving your videos!
That is so sweet! I'm so glad you could get her back and love her all over again! I had a specific fashion fever Barbie whose memory SHOT into my brain when I found one of her tiny accessories and now I'm on the hunt for her too. She's not really super special in terms of Barbies (especially compared to the offerings from when I was little) but I loved her little journal so much because there was a matching one in my size :(

I'm on the hunt for barbie sparkle diamond eyes now, i still have most of my barbie dolls from when i was a child, so i'm just looking for the ones i had to give away cause half damaged! PS: i love your videos so much whenever i get a notification for a new one i'm always there to watch them! kind of like a safe space for me and get back to old dolls conversations and such!

There's lots of in box collectors! They just don't make me happy that way. I only mentioned that because soooo many in box collectors are weird and ugly about what others do with their things

I remember vaguely this person saying that I hurt the value and when I resell it I'm going to lie about opening her...like who said id resell the doll? Shes mine for life. 💖

The trick to keeping madison's hair intact is to first remove the head and glue the hair in with something a little more solid, then soak the curls in lukewarm water and soap (not hot) to get out the product then you can finger brush or wide tooth comb brush the curls. I've repaired several of these with plugs missing.
I actually got a new Bling Bling Madison last week too. she was the last one I needed to complete my bling girls, after having the others for years.i haven't opened her yet because I'm waiting on stands for them but she's honestly my favorite of the line and I'm excited for her to be free with the others. congrats xx

I got My Bling Bling Madison boxed and mint for $15 AUD and she came with the real Amethyst ring hahaha. I paid like $200 for a boxed bling Nolee though and she doesn't even have the real ring still worth it.
actually if someone was imitating the whole diamond/bling aesthetic it would be bratz since my bling bling came out in late 2005 and forever diamondz came out in (late?) 2006 there are some people who are claiming that mattel has spied on MGA and rushed everything to create MBB line before bratz but judging by the fact they've created new screenings/changed the style of the whole line and etc. it seems kind of unrealistic, especially considering the fact forever diamondz were kind of underwhelming in all aspects (no new screenings and very simple and repetitive looks). not claiming bratz copied my scene but my scene definitely didn't copy bratz, or did it so good forever diamondz just didn't stand up to competition lol
Makes sense! I don’t think either has to be a copy to exist, especially since Bratz had an entire movie that would have needed a lot of time to produce. I just find it interesting to look at the ways that the companies responded to each other because, as the casual consumer as a kid I didn’t know about any of that and I loved both!
