For warranty, i'm with you .. we do 12 months, unless the part is provided by the customer in which case it's none because we don't always know the source of the parts, but generally if it's a supplier i recognise i just tell them that it's usually a good replacement part, and whilst i won't warranty it unless it's from my own stock, there's nothing wrong with the supplier, and I say as much.
0 months for water damage, it's as you say far too unpredictable... It's always for data purposes, and if the phone works after a water rescue .. well it's just a sideeffect, and we explain that clearly .. can lkast a day, or 5 yerars, we dont know.

hahahaha What friendly guys! Really since I saw your first video you knew you were very legit. I would like to follow in your footsteps, I am trying to set up a repair business in Spain and having you on my side is exciting, thank you. Although I am not as altruistic as you, I still need more money to buy some critical tools hehehe I need to find that fluency with the tools at first it costs a lot.
Thanks for the video, more like these!! Greetings

😂😂😂 I can’t remember if I explain why I use the handheld mic in this one but the reason was so we could test it out in prep for the tech max event next week. Thanks for you support buddy
