omg i love the girl from the other side! im reading my many volumes of witch hat atilier next month because i sorta forgot i had them ahaha... i own way too many. Also i think spy x family would be up your alley (a spy, an assassin and a telepath as main characters) ive been slowly reading too. got so much done at the first week of the month and then i feel rushed towards the end to finish tbr lol I also cried reading a book the other night (Ruthless vows) .

Technically yes you can, but there is a plot line that carries throughout the series so it’s better to read it as a series.
