    Great information as always Tom.
    My question would be for eccentric program, why that frequency at the first place. We rarely see strength and positive tissue gains with training twice a day, without previous prolonged adaptation.
    Agreed 100% that the progressive program with deceleration, plyos etc along with other factors might be more useful.
    Allowing for individual needs, load, capacity, training, experience, nutrition.... on the other hand that would be difficult to research without bias :)
