Thanks for posting these videos. Ive done a couple, but always on cheap games I wasnt overly worried about, and Im currently restoring a playboy for a customer, and just trying to soak in as many tips as I can, to make sure his cab comes out perfect. lol
I know EXACTLY what your problem was with yellow paint crazing and bubbling up. Rustoleum is CRAP PAINT and will craze itself if you don't allow a few days in between coats! Paint REACTS WITH ITSELF!! If you apply second coat quickly enough you MIGHT eliminate this problem, not sure. Safest to wait days between coats. I was painting a white metal Gottlieb apron, had same trouble. So sanded, redid. Put on first coat. Waited a few days. Sanded small imperfections. Painted second coat, STILL CRAZED! This was because I brought new, non cured paint to the surface after sanding first coat! Sooo... Waited a few days for cure again, resanded, waited a few days to cure new sanded paint. Redid a new first coat. Looked good! Finally done. So, be sure to wait for cure between coats, and after any sanding. Or use Krylon which I will do in the future! You did things just fine, crappy finicky paint!

Another great video. I finally finished my Diner cabinet and look forward to seeing the rest of Flash Gordon.
Thanks for sharing, I just started working on my Harlem Globetrotters cabinet.
