I used the crap out of the peg board during my young wrestling yrs. It was alot of fun and a great workout. It just popped into my head and it would be great to be able to do this again. Good tutorial. Thanks
Thank you so much! what would you think of a peg board pitched at like 45 degrees? Obviously drilling the holes would be trickier but you'd never have the wall in the way and more viable for low-ceiling dwellers like myself. And probably a lot more ass kicking!
How high is your ceiling? I'm currently building a 7-foot pegboard. I'll probably end up hanging it in the laundry room temporarily until I can build a rig in my backyard to hang it up on.
This link doesn't work anymore: www.garagegymreviews.com/2014/12/10/diy-climbing-peg-board/ Can you put the specific measurements for building the pegboard? thanks
Coop my friend you are a legend. I wish more people would scroll through your vids and see how it all began. Keep it up man love the energy

Did you ever make the 45 degree peg board?
@@St.FighterZ Never did, but still peaks my interest. It'll happen when I'm less nomadic!

I haven't seen these in his latest gym tour videos. Has he stopped using them?
What size drill bit did you use for your 1 1/4 inch pegs I was not sure if 1 1/4 bit will be to tight
I now it's been a while since you posted this, but is there a way to make this for wheel chair users? Like for spinal injuries?
is'nt there a peg board scene in the 1985 highschool wrestling movie vision quest ?
Yes there is. I had to google it, but here it is: ruclips.net/video/nJtNsehdT5o/видео.html

is this like climbing a ladder or way harder?
is the board actually 2" thick, or is it a 2x8 board that is 1.5" thick? Just wondering if it's important that it's actually 2" thick.
Thanks.
It's a 2x8, but due to today's board standards, it's less. It being exactly 2" thick is unimportant.
I didn’t recognize you without the stache!!!
Hello, I wanted to know what is the diameter of the wick or holes in which the wood is inserted? Thanks!
very nice man
How did you fix this on wall?
Just screwed it into studs.
I'd go with lag bolts into studs
Itll fall
what shoes are you wearing?
Feiyue canvas trainers!
why you put the plywood on the back?
So the peg doesn’t damage or punch a hole thru the sheet rock behind it. Also leaves more for your 2x4’s to screw to
whats the name of that song, at the final pdf the video
Remember when Wood was cheap?
