That is one of the injustices that occur in this court frequently in my opinion. Lawyers should have an opportunity to grill a witness on their evidence. Sometimes they can even intentionally twist what the witness had said which exposes the witness if they had lied. So this judge will not allow a witness to respond and defend their evidence and therefore their credibility by repeating what they had said.
Today he even called for lunch for the 1st time before time when Ramosepele ask Mangena abt the presence of Gininda at Pretoria North Policestation .Ratha is evil
That's why I respect the previous judge because he use to say let's let the witness repeat himself... Rather than saying isn't that what you said.. Obviously the answer would be yes
The funny thing is that the defens are allowing it, only once i heard ramasepele telling th judg about that aspect

were allegations that Longwe is the one that shot with his fathers firearm.So they brought the firearm so that to clear the allegations
that it was that firearm or not. It happens a lot in instance where police are involved in a shooting.... There are instances where 2 or 3 police
officers are involved in shooting in a group of about 10 police officers, and they will take all the guns to the lab for testing.
I was not suprised cause i know what happens in an investigation.
