I got one of the over population weekly requests this morning and thought to bring my bait maker. I put the first two Salmon I caught into it and had my 10 in less than 3 in-game hours. I also brought it to Squid fest and Trout Fest and did the same thing. It is just amazing to have one lying around for when you need to catch a few specific fish. You can sell any left over bait, it's easy enough to make more.
I think the dehydrator will most likely take the tea sapling place for earlier game bigger money. I however am still rocking the tea sapling strat, just one small (tiny really) upside to being a late to the update party console player 😂
Only really seem good with the mushroom log from what I can tell, but hey, tea saplings got buffed (Well, reworked to a net buff), so they're still pretty useable!
For me its the mushroom log. When acid rain hits I make it my mission to collect loads of moss. Got around 360 just from that day alone and a lot of mixed seeds and flower mixed seeds.

My typical farm build has 31 iridium sprinklers and 4 Junimo huts for a total of 744 harvestable tiles. I had an even bigger setup with 36 iridium sprinklers and 5 Junimo huts for a total of 864 harvestable tiles, but I could never get it all watered and planted on day 1 of spring. Haven't gone back to try with all the upgrades even from 1.5 and enchantments. An iridium scythe would help a little, but mostly for rainy days.
Farming radioactive ore by resetting floor 1 (dangerous mines) is the best way to make money in endgame without prep time. It's a boring process, yeah, but you don't have to fish or wait for days. You only need some good luck food if you want to increase your chances. A single bar is worth 4500G with the right professions. "Oh, but you could just make the same thing, but using lots of regular furnaces". The new heavy furnace has a nice chance of giving you an extra bar, and that makes a lot of difference. You can make around 200G PER DAY like this.
I watch you vids when I'm eating dinner or before bed, I just realised that you're at 18k and I haven't subscribed! That's criminal! I hope you get 100k ASAP!
Newbie player here… How on earth did you set up that gorgeous tree farm. I’m guessing you planted dropped seeds because I can’t find anyway to move them once they have grown on the farm. Also I chose the mushroom cave & only just realise that there is a dehydrator in the cave 😂(I think) wasn’t really sure what it was stuck in the top corner of the cave. I’d best be off to see if it’s just decoration or if it actually works! Thanks so much for the great content loving the videos.
I thought I was wrong in selling my iridium quality Purple Mushrooms when you brought it up but you just forgot to mention "with artisan". I had Botanist and Agriculturist. (host was the artisan and i was the sower) So selling directly was better value for me.
ngl, I kind of hate the sonar bobber. I just get annoyed because I fish up so many of them and feel obligated to use them up before I buy/craft/use bobbers I actually want to (cork, trapper, quality, spinner, curiosity, literally almost any but sonar) Advanced Iridium rod solves this a bit but frankly I'd almost always have two cork bobbers over sonar+anything
I found it useful if I was looking for a particular fish. I can recognize some fish by their pattern but some have very similar ones, so when I was needing to fish for some recipes, it was nice to have the sonar bobber equipped and just be able to cancel the catch right away if it wasn't something I needed. It does still use your bait but when you're at the point that you're trying to craft all the recipes, losing a few pieces of bait is nothing lol
@2:35 you say it’s worth to put 5 iridium start purple mushroom to dehydrator and make a profit. But how? 5 Iridium Purple mushroom is 2500g, dried mushroom out of it is 1900g without artisan profession. Even with artisan profession it’s 2660g.hardly worth the time and effort

For the first tip i recommend the use of the big stone chest instead of the wooden big chest since the stone one only requires 250 stone.

I have yet to try the junimo huts with he raisins to see how effective they can be but I will implement junimos soon into a challenge :D

I think he assumed everyone would have artisan. But the mushroom log is awesome.
Well, using legendary fish bait does work, but in multiplayer, since every player gets one for completion. It is a big waste, but yeah, sure
