imo and in my own experiences, therapy definitely helps a person comprehend their inner voice(s), thoughts and emotions, and how to handle the regulation of them, a plan on executing that in daily life, step by step. and transitioning from depression or addiction to sobriety and interpersonal growth is fully on the accord of accountability, by grasping self awareness and over time, your character shows it and moods stabilize and things get easier for you in life, or they feel better anyway. things that seemed impossible, seem possible again. *(given you have proper support and in the right programs, treatment plans, etc). ….also in therapy, they don’t tell you how to care or handle strangers opinions. i hope y’all know, it is because it simply doesn’t matter. to stfu and conclude, finally, bobby is not here for an evaluation by the youtube comments.
