He actually reappeared on that radio show for the third time in September 2015 and confirmed that the man who died in 1930 wasn't him, he also mentioned he wanted to stay away from people eye deliberately. Though other things aren't confirmed, this information about him is very well known and authentic. He even started a fundraising in 2016 to fund his ambition of making a time machine.
In 1930 near that dead body police found a mobile phone like what about that??? Mujhe too sab fake lag raha hai.... Mike actually collected the funded money and then disappeared.... And when he was out of cash.....he started the fund raiser again......

The main problem for going to the past was the grandfather paradox which stated that if you go back to the past before your grandfather met and got married with your grandmother and if you kill him then your parents cannot be born and so you cannot be born as well and then how can you return back to the past and how even can you exist. So it was simple a paradox at first which stated even if we can go back to past we may not change anything but now according to quantum mechanics when you try to go back to the past for changing something then you will end up into a parallel universe rather than your own universe. And you can change anything you want there and it won't effect your own universe because it was not the universe we came back. So we can change the destiny of our parallel versions. So time traveling is possible. Also there is a scientist named Ronald L Mallet who proved it than time traveling to past and future is possible. By the way as for current technology we cannot go to the past it's true. But this man somehow find a way for twisting space time into a loop.
