I think those are the best odds yeah because the top 4 corners will probably be gone. JSN will probably be gone by our pick and one of Addison and Zay probably so I think we most likely get Addison because I bet he is the one who falls a bit of those two, or Johnston who i also think is very likely if both Zay and Addison are gone. I would also like Branch for our db room to pretty much replace Love but he probably is gone before us as well. So yeah I think you're playing the odds well
There is absolutely no way that we take a center in round 1. Most starting centers in the NFL were taken rounds 5-7 and there's 7 starting centers currently that are UDFAs. Positional value lines up with our needs. We're taking a WR or Corner in round 1 and we're taking the other of those 2 positions in round 2, round 3 we might take another corner, lb or even Dt or edge. We can get our center in round 4 or beyond. There are 4 top wrs and 4 top DBs. of those 4 receivers QJ,JSN,ZF, then the only one I don't like is Addison. Of the 4 corners, CG, DW, JP jr I'd that those 3 in a heartbeat. Banks is my least favorite but I'd take him. Bobby's film on Flowers changed my mind on him. I'd love if we got him rd 1.

You’d be an idiot to spend a 1st round pick on a center. Look up all the leagues starting centers and then look up how many of those guys were drafted in the 1st round
I think the best Center available is a priority. Trade, free agency, draft doesn't matter. Not convinced the Giants will prioritise WR as much as many others do in the draft
Build the offensive with the best linemen available and we'll be good for years. Draft a wide receiver and we won't give the quarterback enough time to find him open

Y’all should be glad y’all got Tae the corner back from Maryland. I been knowing this since he was playing pop Warner football for the Parkside Warriors. From youth football he’s been a national champion. 8-10 youth football his team from Baltimore went to Florida and beat the so called three best teams in America at age in took home the National Championship. Then he played for Edgewood high school were he played rb,wr and cb where he did his thing. Let me tell you from a parent who son is in 2nd year at Maryland who also played for Parkside and also won a national championship for 7-9 age. It seem like Baltimore city and there athletes don’t get highly recruited from the power 5 conferences is because this has bad reputation which hurts the great athletes that are here. So I thank God for the Maryland Terps for being apart of the 5power conference because with out them a lot of talented kids wouldn’t have an opportunity to show their greatness. And one thing I do is Maryland terps football always have great receivers and cornerbacks who make it to the NFL year in and out. If you go back ten years in the nfl draft I bet you Maryland has more wideouts and cornerbacks that have been drafted than your so SEC teams. Remember I said wideouts and cornerbacks. Well anyway the Giants is going get a great player who is going to produce on the field as much as he will in New York communities. 😊

Giants whiffed on K.Toney and W.Robinson, so maybe third time is a charm. NYG wanted CB last year and all three targets were gone when it was their turn, and now CB is even a greater need. So, that's the 2nd rounder and Guard is the 3rd.

Nah it's much better. The dudes at the top arent Chase, Waddle, Devonta (I'd put the top 3 just a bit below Devonta as prospects), Julio, Calvin, MHJ, etc type guys but I would say the top 3 are very good and very safe, Addison is pretty much gonna be a 2 in the league, absolute worst case is an insane 3. JSN is gonna be one of the top 3 slots in the league very soon and can grow some. Zay has the most variance of the three, he can honestly be the best by a bit as a 1 or he could just turn out to be a 2 or 3 level guy as a slot and outside if he doesnt grow much. And then Johnston has big upside although not one of the best in the league I think but like a poor mans DK kinda level where he would be like a low end 1 but that's if he improves a ton in the areas that are scary which is being a dog in general but very specifically using his frame and attacking the ball.

And Coleman was very talented he was just a dipshit. Treadwell and Doctson I'm not gonna lie I dont know a ton about because I didnt look at prospects then really although I was interested in looking at coleman as one later because I was curious. From what I know they were decently talented but the NFL didnt value guys right quite yet and it scared them from taking receivers early which is why dudes didnt go as high in 2017, 2018 even though there was Ridley and DJ Moore, and then even lower in 2019s class with all those dudes. I feel like teams are starting to miss a lot less in drafts now though even though they still do some dumb things like passing on Trey Smith which was a good chance at a good starting guard even though he may have had medical concerns (that from what I know weren't 6th round bad) for special teams level bums in round 6. This receiver class doesnt have top alphas but it has some good dudes at the top and then a bunch if depth in guys with tons of different skillsets

Are you telling me you dont want JSN even up there? I mean sure hes a slot but he can move around and he is a monster weapon separating quickly and after the catch. Hes perfect with Waller and the rest of the room. I kinda get it if you dont want Zay because of the length sure even though hes good but still. And why not Addison, sure there isnt crazy upside but no matter what you are getting a starting caliber nfl receiver, hes really kind of a slightly poor mans Devonta/smaller stefon diggs. Sure Jones is good but hes still a day 3 receiver, maybe late day 2 but probably not. Hes good but you can get players close to/like Charlie Jones off the street every year to come in and play
