@@SpeedForceGarage hey man! Love it! I just picked up a 1994 SN5 it’s bone stock besides exhaust and headers. Couple questions. I’m gonna order the on3 kit, what turbo should I go with and what extras should o get with the kit? Should I upgrade heads and cam now even though I’m planning on doing a 351 swap down the road? Also for tuning would you recommend the fast 2.0? Or maybe something else different? Any info would be greatly appreciated!
So I was wondering if I turbo my 95 GT 306 car. I have a turbo to use, but was curious about your cam and boost controllers setup? I have 9.5:1 compression and 83k on car. 360 n/a whp currently. What's cheapest exhaust and fuel setup I could get away with,? 24lb injectors currently. If you ever decide to sell your wheels please let me know. I have 6a IGN and coil (MSD).. would that be enough or s10 has power grid and 7al2. Just what's my cheapest exh and dump tube choice until I get 351 block etc. Also e85? Would you?
Hey I know this video is pretty old so I'm hoping you're able to respond. I'm looking to do this on my 95, 5.0. I can't figure out what I want to do for a tuner to run with the turbo. So I'm curious what you used and recommend
Would you recommend these cars for performance? Like I’m trying to get like 300 whp maybe. I don’t mind getting turbo kit. But idk if stock engine would work with a turbo kit. Or would you just do basic bolt one with a tune and maybe that would be 300 to the crank ?
It's easy to get 300 hp to the flywheel. But if you want close to 400 to the ground, it would be easy to do with a turbo kit on stock engine. But if you upgrade the top end then it will make more power.
@@KingZD1 the foxbody mustangs from 87 - 92 have the better Pistons. So they can hold the power a little bit better. My 95 has the stock bottom end but has heads, cam and intake. The turbo just Inhances it. So if your engine makes 300 to the ground, then 15 lbs of boost should about double it. That's not exactly how it works but it's a good ruff idea.
Hey man I got that same card 95 mustang with a 5.0 but I have GT40 heads in GT40 intake would I be able to do that with those Ford racing headers if you have a better picture send it to me I've been trying to get that done and do you have an intercooler or just a turbo directly to the intake
If your making your own turbo kit, then I guess you can use the ford racing headers, BBK headers or what ever you want. I used the On3 turbo kit. So I used there headers. I have a intercooler.
I have just a TCI Street Fighter 451502 Its a good starter TQ but I'll be going to something different at a later time. I haven't gone full boost on the car yet, I need to rebuild the rear end first. I have the stock rear end still with 3.27 I can tell you I have gone 12 flat at 127 mph on 8 lbs due to a t clamp popping off half track.
I see you deleted your CCRM. Was it difficult.? Also, what all dose it control? I know it controls the fan and the fuel pump but anything else? I think I saw the oil filter relocation too. How much of a pain was it? Nice car but the way.
No, not really, barely a inconvenience. I have an aftermarket computer and no longer need the CCRM to help control the pump and fan. They also say the PCM but I don't know about what it all dose for the PCM. I did relocate the oil filter, you have to with these turbo kits. Some lets you get away with the smaller filter. But I wanted the full-size filter. It wasn't that hard to move the filter, I also added an oil cooler that hidden in the fender behind the bumper. You can find kits online, I bought mine from Amazon. Thank you.

All a turbo system dose is increas what the engine itself can make. So if your engine makes 300 to the ground, then boost the engine by 15 lbs you then double the hp to 600. But if your engine makes 400, then boost that 15 lbs then you'll have 800 hp.
and yes please talk more about the on3 turbo system im very interested in putting one on my 94
It's a good system for the money. I don't like there headers but it works.
I would like to do this to my 95 Ford Explorer
Would be cool to see.
Been watching your videos. Cant wait for more on this car.
Trying to but so busy with customer cars.

Best thing for the price I would say holley terminator x. Next step down would be the megasquirt micro. Last would be a Quarterhorse.

VHPerformance so stock can it hold boost like the ls? Or it’s better to do bolt ons first then look up turbo kits ?
VHPerformance cuz I found a clean 95 gt in white 113k miles all stock expect exhaust for 3k

Nice... Which TCI converter are you running? What times does the car run? Good job keep it up brother!

I see it’s an on3 performance turbo kit but which one exactly because I can’t find one for the sn95 5.0, just foxbody
its there 1994-95 Mustang GT/Cobra Turbo System SN95 As of last I look its back order until they make more headers. it's 1599.99

Could you explain how you did the vaccum system?
What vacuum system? Lol jk. I'm only using brake booster, fuel pressure regulator, and map sensor.
Who did the tuning on the car after the on3 turbo install?
I have a shop and I dyno tune. There a few videos where I tune the cars if you would like to watch.
Where did you get the kit from?
from On3
Does the kit clear ac?
I had to grind on the AC compressor and lines a bit to get it to fit.
How much do you pay for this turbo setup and where did you get it at
I think i payed 1400 for it back in the days.
What rear bumper is that?
Looks like a saleen
It's just a Saleen rear bumper.
Battery cable underside of car 😣not a good idea
Good car but things get old so this will end up being a clunker
ouch
NUMBERS??
663 at 16 lbs.
@@SpeedForceGarage 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼 thinking about doing mine... 94 gt2 what internals?
@@SpeedForceGarage That much power is holding up on a stock 302 block and bottom end?
@@robbiegessler4190 So far so good. I'm going bigger turbo as turning up the boost.
@vhpperformance
yes?
I posted another question somewhere here, basically a novel and now I can’t see I it I’ll try and find it
Oh I dont see it.
