BRO! Another fellow POTS haver 😅 I've had it since high school and have had all the symptoms you have been having (plus some strange ones, I used to get pooling in my legs and would pass out if I stood up for too long). I've also been getting healthier the past few months and dropped a good amount of body fat, it has been helping a lot! Was also dealing with a lot of depression, getting healthy and doing exercise every day is so good for clearing that up.
A lot of people don’t understand how mental and physical health play a part in having creative energy. I’m glad you’re moving forward and whatever you’ve got coming, I look forward to it.
Thanks for posting this video, different is good. Really liked how raw this was along with the openness about LIFE. We have all been through a lot in the last few years and I think it is therapeutic for all of us to talk about it. Cool new toy!

Your videos inspired me years ago. I started utilizing it at my old job but eventually had to put the camera down and work on a manageorial level.
