I have the same bar on my 2016 Sahara. The control box for my winch though is behind the grill with the plug connection adjacent to the winch clutch. This might be something you could consider as it just allows more airflow. Like your setup. Smart keeping it all light for the GVM issue.
Great video. Really useful going through the different major and minor upgrades. Also the pros and cons. Hope we see some more vids soon :) Cheers, RIchard
I have a 2015 LC but can’t imagine taking it off-road. It is too nice! Having said that, the only off road it sees is snow here in New York state and occasional ski trips.
Great build & video, cheers. I'm about to pull the trigger on the Hamer bar for my new 200 but have been told that you can't use a hi-lift on them (not strong enough)? I love the look of them so just trying to weigh up whether this is an issue (have only needed to use a hi-lift on the front once in 6 years)...
my 2 cents of experience ….. if you get the armax ecu get the 4" torquit exhaust as it goes well with the snorkel …. one problem = $$$$ …. I put 17" rims and tyres, that brings it to 33" to enable a bit bigger foot print if needed and a better choice of rubber …. you may (only may) regret not getting the suspension upgrade, but that's your call …. fingers crossed all goes well
thanks mate, Yeah pretty much the plan with the ecu and exhaust, I don't mind the rubber size just a little wider footprint would be good. I have upgraded the suspension but just not lifted springs in the rear. The airbags take any "load sag" out anyway. Appreciate your input mate😀
Great review. Interesting you didn't put side-steps on. I have had two occasions in my 2018 LC200 where I have slipped into a mud rut and straight onto the side-rails. Would have probably cracked the panels if that wasn't there. Glad I fitted them, for the money they are worth it.
Thanks mate, I appreciate that. Sorry - can't tell you what brand shovel it is, I've had it in the shed for years and just put a new handle on it. I'd love to find a new one that was a little thicker in the blade 😏
The Overland Way to easy mate. My mates think I’m mad cause after a trip l give the old shovel a rub and a lick of paint 😂 I might be but it stops the rust dripping on the paint so works for me 🤷♂️
The Overland Way can’t teach stupid haha keep the vids coming mate! Got my tassie one going up tonight if l can finish the last bit of editing, very time consuming.
@@tapevans87 haha, yeah nice. My first travel/exploring one should go up in a few days, same deal - just gotta finish a little editing. I really enjoy it TBH😀
Very very nice. Well done. I will definitely keep this for when my LC200 arrives
Awesome rig mate! Can’t wait to get the Hamer on my 200, thanks for the walk around.Cheers from South Africa!
Good Stuff Mate 👌
Thanks for the kind words😀
I work for the day I'll look at a beauty like this and say it's mine
It's all about hard work 😓

What's the complete reference for the bar? Thank you
Totally jealous! Great rig! Nice
Really A Fan of your Rig Man 👍

We have a few videos in the works - coming out soon👍

Yeah fair enough. Good luck with your build.
Bloody nice build mate. Make more videos
Thanks mate - yeah I will 😀
Gotta love a nice 200. Stay safe. Cheers Steve
Thanks mate - appreciate that.
Nice rig mate. I've just got my 200 and starting upgrades. Where did you get your dashboard usb sockets and your rear tailgate light? Cheers
USB ports were from Stedi, tailgate light were from RTM 👍

Thank you - Since filming the video I have bent a side step. Could be upgrading them soon after all 😲
Nice build, needs bull bars powder coated in glitter though.
I like that front bumper. Some of the other bumpers such as arb summit just seems too bulky. I have a 2015 LC here in the States.
Thanks for the kinds words.
Thanks for the informative video body.
Thank you 😀
With the suspension is it a lot stiffer than the standard as I like the feel of standard ride
Cheers Rohan
Hi, There suspension is a lot stiffer than the standard setup. I found the standard setup way to soft, each to their own I guess😀
Great vid, Check out the Richards Torque Converter Lockup Kit...best mod for a 200
Awesome mate thanks, I do need a lockup kit soon.
Great vid man. What offset do you have on your wheels ??
Thanks mate, They're +35 offset👍
Nice build- what the gas mileage like?
thanks - I use about 15 litres per 100km - when towing my van its about 21 litres per 100km 👍
Hi bro good information,I need total cost of this car ( i.e - including car price & modification)
This is helpful to my touring 😎😎😎😎
Please give a reply 🙏🙏🙏🙏❤️❤️❤️❤️
What's the make of TPMS you're running?
The brand is actually TPMS - available on EBAY.
Have you seen the replacement switch panels for the lower rhs by your knee? Lets you have another 3 I think.
Yeah I have briefly, I believe it takes the card holder our? I'll need to look at that if I find the need for any more switches.
Nice Mate
Thank you 😀
Never easy talking on camera mate ya did well 👍 what brand is your shovel mate?
Thanks mate, I appreciate that.
