    156 degrees/13 minutes baking
    It's a very simple cookie that you just have to mix all the ingredients.
    You can just make it round. I wanted to make it prettier, so I used a heart-shaped mold.
    When you make it, be careful to keep it even.
    If you don't make it consistent, the thick middle is not cooked yet, but the thin edges can be browned and burnt first.
    Thinner than thick is more crisp and delicious.
    When baking, the temperature must be baked at a lower temperature than other cookies to make the overall color pretty.
    For your information, I usually bake cookies at 160 degrees, but this cookie was baked at 156 degrees.
    The time depends on the size, so when it turns brown around 15 minutes, you can take it out of the oven.
    You can try it and increase or decrease sugar depending on your taste.
    It's important to store the cookies because they are thin and soggy quickly.
    If you keep it in an airtight container with a desiccant, you can enjoy it at room temperature for about a week.
    If you want to keep it longer, put it in an airtight container and eat it in the freezer.
    If it's soggy, put it back in the oven and cook it at low temperatures to blow away the moisture, and it'll be crisp again.
    You can add almond slices or sesame seeds instead of coconut.
