I think he's trying to say that because all of the distortion, loud sounds, screams, tough guy attitude and etc, many people don't realize the musical quality behind some metal bands.
I actually love all of those things, but people that don't appreciate the metal vibe usually won't notice the craft of songwriting in Metallica or other metal bands

I can't believe how one young lady with 10 fingers and a foot on a peddle could play the notes of all 4 musicians and the lyrics at the same time. Utterly outstanding. What a talented musician. I always like to imagine when I see great covers like this, especially on instruments different than how it's originally played, that the original writers and performers just so happen to stumble upon it one day, or is sent to them thru a friend, and say James, or Kirk, Or even Lars (most likely would be Lars too) is just sitting back in awe at what they've inspired, and what this musician has created out of their song. It's amazing how versatile most music is. It's the universal language.

100% agree! This is an AMAZINGLY GOOD arrangement! And can we talk about how she doesn't even have the sheet music infront of her!? I mean, that may be no big deal with SOME songs. But this is not just any other song, and this is not just Any 👏 other 👏 arrangement! 👏That precise, and powerful bass line that she never lets off of, while still nailing those leads and melodies and harmonies all at the same time! Unlike ANY other video I've ever seen of someone cover this song with just one instrument, they eventually loose someone, one music line goes missing, sacrificed if you will, even on other piano arrangements. But not this girl! She brought the whole band and the.symphony to sit in on this one. True amazing talent!

Многие из композиций на этом канале я слышу впервые, до оригинала. Поэтому никаких "поющих голосов", ударных или ещё чего-то у меня нет. Люди действительно слышат то, что хотят слышать (или то, что привыкли), это просто эффект памяти.
И между прочим, исполнение Гамазды мне нравится намного больше оригиналов. Все эти оригиналы вообще не стал бы слушать, а игру Александры слушаю с удовольствием.

I never thought the guitar solo from this song could be played on a piano! This is stunning!
What seems so difficult on electric guitar is actually quite simple on piano. All you need is one hand. Every single solo ever created on guitar can easily be duplicated on piano. Even dual or multi-layered solos can be done. It may not sound as melodic because the damper can only sustain so much. But you don't need to strum or coordinate both hands to create a melody, so fast scaling which is quite difficult on guitar is pretty elementary for a skilled pianist. Some of the things a virtuoso could do with just one hand (32nd note trilling and chords at the same time) would be near impossible to do on a guitar. The piano (and organ) is quite an amazing and versatile instrument. Having said that, the pianist in the video is extremely skilled and talented...
ol jack burton that’s one thing I love about the piano, Learning piano made all other instruments so much easier. Anything that makes noise can be converted over to piano.

Not only do you play the rhythm and vocals at the same time, you also nail the solos. Those parts are difficult enough to play on guitar. To play them on piano is extremely hard. I know how much dedication this must have taken and I salute you!
