american highways are so chaotic everyone is driving different speeds in every lane. usually left is fast overtake lane middle is fast and right is slow at least in germany.
We have the same laws here in the US, however they are RARELY enforced unfortunately
It is also WAY too easy to get your license here in the US so there are a lot of shitty drivers

Well us roads are full of ego, some people make sure the fast lane only goes as fast as they want. Sometimes you try to pass on the right after them going 10 under in the fast lane. You go to pass and then they want to speed up. If people followed the fast lane rules in the us we wouldnt have people cutting up as much. If I see a car fly up on me I speed up to get over, but im not a douche.

You need to add a 16 volt 100 microfarad capacitor from ebay to your R3 to keep it from turning off when your traction control hits. Capacitor and a fuse tap kit will have you coolin. Mine does the same shit
