At my former employer (I think it’s still Sun’s current employer?) in one office they programmed the lights to change color temp all day, so they were closest to daylight first thing in the morning, then much warmer by end of day. It seemed like a good design, but they didn’t include it when they built a new office. 🤷♂️
@@LivingwithSun thanks for your fast reply! Appreciate it 😃 so no peeling issues for the bedroom door frames? The one in the video that peels off.. is it the bomb shelter door?
No peeling issues for the bedroom doors. The peeling one is the bathroom. There was some silicone left over when they removed the old doors and they just painted over it so it easily peels off.
Thanks for the comment! A neutral smart switch remains powered and can continue to receive commands even after cutting off power to the lights, but a non-neutral smart switch has to continually supply power (albeit a lot less) to the light in order to keep the switch itself powered. Will do a Reno cost breakdown video in the future. But whatever quote I got from my ID will probably be different from the IDs or contractors you chat with. Also we signed our renovation contract last year and prices probably changed since then.
"i have no clue what's going on 80% of the time... i just like pressing the switches." mood 😆she's a renovation ✨princess✨
Hello, I really like the lighting you installed behind the curtains. Do you have a video that covers this part?
Thanks! We just added an LED light strip to the curtain pelmet.
Thanks for sharing! Would like to know more about your smart home.
Thanks for the comment! We will have a video to walkthrough our smart home once it's ready!

Yea I think we might do the same thing for our lights! Hopefully it helps us fall asleep more easily
hello! any tips on how to paint the laminate door frame provided by HDB? :)
Hey! I don't think our contractors did anything special. They used Nippon Bodelac 9000 paint.

@@LivingwithSun thank you so much!! 😄
All the best for your renovation!!
Nice! Interested to see what you guys do with the downlights. One question i have is - how is the neutral helping in this case?
Thanks for the comment!

@@LivingwithSun 👍🏼👍🏼. Thanks for sharing the information. :):)
cost for false ceiling, electricals, and each lighting point?

For neutral wiring, is it 45 per switch?
Hey! Actually I got it a bit wrong. They charged us $40 per switch for adding neutral wire.
@@LivingwithSun oh ok thanks.
