- HOHNER Special 20 - The World’s Most Copied Harmonica Design
A unique, beautifully mellow sound, based on a revolutionary concept: the Special 20 was the first diatonic harmonica in the world with reed plates recessed into the comb, creating a projecting plastic mouthpiece. This makes it more comfortable to play, and the most copied harmonica design worldwide. Its distinctive sound is perfect for everything from Folk and Country to Rock and Pop. The Special 20 offers everything a professional harpist needs, but it’s also the ideal beginner’s instrument thanks to its smooth playability and comparatively affordable price. If you’re not just looking for a companion for the first few steps, but one to take you all the way, the Special 20 is your best possible bet.

I like it so much that I have 2. Excellent instrument. Greetings from Brazil
yeah me too!
Well done, Brandon, well done Hohner !!
Sp20 is an excellent harmonica for those new to the instrument. I learned to play on one. However, I've since moved on to Marines Bands. I simply don't like plastic combs, and much prefer wood.
Yeah it's good harmonica but it reminds me to my first harmonica Hohner Silverstar..i just need soemthing more responsive dirty and easy to play.
the best diatonic richter harp for american music& more .

Dear Sirs Hohner, I have been playing the harmonica for a few months studying with Rocket in C now I have bought a special 20 in D and I am having problems with the sharp edges of the present on the aluminum cover. I wanted to ask are they all like this or is mine defective? thanks in advance for your reply
Ma è normale che il primo foro soffiato abbia un suono molto otturato e sembri che tintinni qualcosa?
Yo tengo la mía!!!!
Hab ich 🎉
