Back in the day, music stores had a special harmonica bellows on the counter that you could place the harp up to, pump the bellows by hand to hear the tone. They didn’t that I saw. But, I know what you’re talking about because Mammoth Music has that apparatus. When I bought my aforementioned Suzuki in the Key of A, the guy used the bellows.
All you have to say to them is: 'if this harp is in tune I will buy it." Now a bellow type air device can't test for being Intune, but playing the harp in octaves can. So you can tell them if this is Intune I will buy it, if it is not, no one should buy it.

I’ve never tried a Lee Oskar before. I like anything Hohner and the Special 20 is good. I also have a Suzuki which is pretty fun. With harmonicas, I find that you really do get what you pay for. So, if you’re willing to drop the coin - do it. Otherwise, as far as budget harmonicas, Fender makes an inexpensive harmonica that plays well.

However, after doing a little research on them via Sweetwater’s videos I think I would recommend the Special 20 for a couple of reasons 1) I believe they’re cheaper than the Golden Melody, so if you find out maybe Harmonica is not for you, you’re not out as much dough; 2) you’re still getting a lot of quality instrument at that price point (about $50 USD). I’ve played some cheap harmonicas before and the Special 20 is not one. 3) Probably the most important point, I think the Special 20 is going to give you more versatility as a player than the Golden Melody with being able to fit into more genres of music, and flexibility of style. Personally, I think that’s an important component for a beginner instrument. Lastly, if you take off with harmonica playing, I think you’ll find that you can’t have just one - not just for different keys, but for the different tones each kind of style brings to your music making. I hope this helps and drop another comment to let me know what you end up with!

I probably won't since this current project I'm playing in I'm on guitar and a little bit of keys. Not a lot of room for me to play the harmonica. Anyways, I'm sure there's plenty of great harmonica players out there that you could look up on RUclips... or you could upload some of you blowing a tune. I'd watch it.
