I’m battling cancer and those beanies are the only comfortable head covering I can wear. Thank you soooooo much for your video. I can’t wait to make my own and make them to donate.
I just found this pattern. Someone gave me a hat like this and I was trying to figure out how to make more. I had chemo and lost all my hair. I am so happy to find this and try it. Thank you.
Saw this hat on another channel & was lost quite quickly. This video was suggested after it, thankfully. I only had to rewatch one spot. Everything else was 100% clear. Very cute hat!
Thank you so much for this video. I purchased a similar hat several years ago that I wanted to duplicate but could not figure out how to do it. You are a genius. I plan to make several colorful versions to brighten winter days. I also might make one out of a soft cotton knit as a nightcap for the worst of the winter weather. Thanks again.
Bought some off Amazon. Have tried and tried to figure out how it's done. Thank-you so much for showing me how it's done. Just love that I can make my own now.
Thanks so much ! This tutorial is so easy to follow! I like how you repeated trick steps!!! Love it!!!, Keep it up!! I'm making a some beanie hats for my family and friends ☺️
Thanks. Love this tutural you can see everything & not just at sewing machine. I cut mine at 22x22 just so I don't waste in case the fabric was sewn wrong & it fits perfectly.
In used this tutorial for my first serger project. With some tiny modifications I was able to create a cute and a bit oversized beanie. But it's so comfy and alterations will be easy if I ever choose to make it smaller or tighter. Thank you so much! 🥰
Thank you! Yours is the third video I've watched showing this exact design, but by far the best! Usually background music is extremely annoying to me because of a slight hearing loss, but at least the recording of your voice is perfectly clear and your voice is pleasant.
I love this pattern, I saw this many years ago, never tried it, however, my tastes have changed and I want to expetiment with the length or crown of the hat. Stiffeners to hopefully, make the fabric, stand up a bit more. We will see.❤❤❤❤❤
Who'd have thought putting in one little twist would be so complicated? I actually think I might be able to do this if I follow your instructions. Thanks for the help.
Do u think I can sew this gorgeous work of Art using fleece fabric. I can’t believe how unusual it looks. Thank you sooo very much for sharing I look forward to viewing more of your videos ‼️
You can sew, but I think fleece is too thick for this hat. fleece expected to work not very good here. This hat is better make from thin stretchy fabric.
Amazingly simple video thank you so much. You are very easy to follow and have such a calming voice. What age would this size be suitable for please? Would be nice to have a guide for sizes - ages please x
Beautiful. If you have fabric that has a directional pattern (ie the design has a direction from top to bottom) can you advise how to assemble it so that the design comes out oriented in the proper direction from the top of the hat to the brim?
THANK YOU for YOUR KINDNESS❤️
Thanks. This video has been suggested for chemo caps that our fiber arts guild makes for Join the Journey. Women with breast cancer. Nice to know not to use fleece. I have some thin knit for my friend who has uterine cancer. I will also make for Join the Journey at Mayo Clinic.😊
Knowing it wasn't the recommended fabric, I decided anyway to try this hat design made with fleece. The result was not a pretty twist at the top, but an unfortunate lumpy mess. I hope my experimentation will save someone else the effort of trying fleece.
MERCI! Un bonnet fait effectivement en 10mn: le plus long c'est de choisir le tissu. Ma petite fille est contente car au moins celui-là ne lui tombe pas sur les yeux et ne gratte pas le front!
I absolutely love this hat. We plan to make them for cancer hats to donate to Cancer centers.
As a lady with cancer, thank you for doing that 😊 it's such a blessing when people like you do things like that.
