My favorite part was you talking about your boundaries and sticking to them. Boundaries are soo important to have and I love that you didn’t change them.
My fave part was that you said yiu decided to share trying for a baby as others might be going through a struggle too. Yes that's been me for 2 years! Thanks for being so open xx ❤
Sis as an L&D nurse I PROMISE that you’re going to rock delivery! It isn’t nearly as scary as it feels like it will be. Women have been doing this for a long time and you are going to do it beautifully! I can’t wait for this moment for you 🤗🤗🤗
I am a L&D nurse in the Houston area/ Sugar Land and I know you will rock this! Also you may benefit from a Doula. I am so excited for this journey for you❣️❤️
Loved that ! As a midwife my advice is keep making a baby fun !! The more pressure the harder it can become 😅 Also don’t over think the delivery, find someone you trust ( as well as as Christian 😂) to hold your hand and it will be fine xx
My favorite part was hearing about how you stood by your boundaries and beliefs, and how it’s made you so happy as a wifey!! So inspiring to all of us ladies!
Ahhhhh thank you so much!!! My girls girl RUclips community is so epically to me. We can all be open and honest and talk about whatever the heck we want to and theres no judgement. It’s a safe space. :)
my favorite part is just how honest you are in every question. every question is so personal and you answered everything while still honoring your own privacy.
My favorite part(s) were you talking about wanting kids but being afraid of the delivery process. I am the same way! I want to have a baby one day, but I'm terrified of the delivery process. You are not alone! I also loved how you were just open and honest throughout the entire video. You have been someone that I am inspired by for a long time now, and I appreciate all that you do for your community of people. Thank you for being amazing! 😊
My favorite part is that you’re so open and honest about everything! I’m getting married in two years as of this month and I’m also worried about the delivery and needles. It was nice to hear somebody else voice that fear!
I have been a subscriber for years and admire your constant positivity. My favorite part really is the whole video and your honesty in all the questions answered, but especially the part with your dad. So glad to hear he is doing better ❤
Favorite part is basically the whole video lol. Your openness and willing to share so many intimate details of your life just for the chance to help other women feel not so alone is truly amazing. You're a special person, Heidi.
My favorite part was when you talked about your Dad and the wedding! I lost my Dad 6 years ago a year before my wedding. I’m glad your Dad was able to be at yours! Dads are so special
My favorite part was hearing you talk candidly and openly about planning for children. Love your honesty since so many are scared to talk about it publicly.
I just learned something new regarding the prenup/postnup/trust fund..had no idea you could set it up that way. Makes so much sense! You are brave for answering these questions! 😂💜
Yay! My favorite part was when you talked about being afraid of the delivery part of having a child! So relatable. What helped me get in a good place with that fear, and reduce it significantly, was coming up with the things I knew would help my mindset the day of delivery… 1. Curated very special music playlist, ready to go. 2. I practiced how I wanted to breathe… I didn’t do the exact way they tell you to breathe… I chose what type of breathing made me feel comfortable and would squeeze a comb for a few minutes at a time and practice my breathing … I even used it for any anxiety I was having! Message me if you want me to explain what I mean more! 😅 3. I came up with a few mantras I would repeat or say when talking to my baby. I had a simple one that ended up being my actual go to during labor… I said, come on baby! We got this!!! Seriously sounds so goofy but it helped me stay in the moment and connected to everything in the moment and not fearful at all! I conquered my fear Heidi!!! You can too! You will! 🥰🎉
My favorite because it touched my heart was knowing that your dad was able to enjoy both of your wedding celebrations. We lost my dad in November (the day before Thanksgiving). He was around to see me get an job offer/career change. I had been wanting a career change for years so I'm so grateful that he was the first person to find out as by this point, I was out on FMLA with him.
My favorite part is you not feeling guilty for splurging. We often guilt talk ourselves into not treating ourselves to the luxuries we worked hard for. My friend always said treat yourself don’t cheat yourself! Your wedding is now a core memory for not only you but your family and friends ❤️
My favorite part was you talking about protecting yourself, your spouse, and businesses with the conversation of a prenup. The love and support you and Christian share is truly inspiring. You both took what most would be a negative conversation into a more light and meaningful way. Thank you for always being honest and vulnerable with us!
My favorite part was you talking about the moment you knew CG was the one. It is the little moments when you notice how much you mean to your partner and vice versa. Within those moments, you realize the healing they are doing since coming to your life. I've been following you for such a long time. Thank you for being a positive and honest person to so many of us ❤
I love that you were willing to share that you are terrified of childbirth, i think that took so much courage and authentic vulnerability, so many of us are terrified of that but feel to ashamed to speak to it because we are “women and we are supposed to be warriors who have delivered children for thousands of years”. I think that fear is so common and before i had my twins I felt exactly the same. I will tell you it’s no walk in the park but you’re in good company and it’s okay to be scared. That was my favorite part in the video and I want to say thank you for being so open and vulnerable all these years!
I’m always gonna keep it real with my girls!!! I know I’m not the only woman to go through this, so I speak up in hopes to make others feel less alone. Thank you for your kind words ❤
My favorite part was learning that you’re most scared of the delivery part of having a baby! I feel like no one else around me says that but I am terrified! It’s nice to not feel alone ❤️
My favorite part is you talking about being a mom. Not many women talk confidently about what their strengths will be, and also about what fears they have. That alone should feel so freeing! I've done delivery 4x un medicated and I refuse to think about it u til my third trimester and even then it gives me anxiety. You got this! So proud of you girl. I've been watching since like 2013 or something 😄🫶 so eager to get back to my pre baby strengths through Grounds!!
My favorite part was about boundaries! I feel like once you’re in a relationship it feel like a lot of those boundaries kind of get blurry but it’s so important to know that they don’t have to. That you can still be in a healthy relationship and maintain those boundaries. Thank you for always being so open and vulnerable. 💖
My favorite part was all of it, and just your transparency about hardships of fertility, and parent having cancer but also reminding everyone to find the silver lining and not to keep focusing on the negative because it makes it harder to get back to happier parts.
My favorite part was the honesty about fertility issues. As someone who recently suffered a stillbirth I appreciate influencers being honest about their journey, including their victories AND losses. I felt so alone when it first happened because I feel not enough people are willing to talk about it, it’s common for influencers to only show their highlight reel so I felt alone in my loss. I love watching your videos! Always open, honest and positive! I can’t wait for the BuffBunny Maternity Line! Hopefully I’ll be pregnant again by then lol.
My favorite part was hearing the update about your dad (also had me in tears but happy tears for him and your family). My dad also had cancer and I unfortunately lost him to the battle at the end of March. It makes my heart so happy for your family to see your dad doing well and responding well to his treatments. Cancer freaking sucks and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone. Sending all the prayers and positive vibes to your family and your dad. 🤍🤍🤍
My favorite part is how honest and genuine you are. I loved how you opened up about your fear of public speaking and you still did the conference. Heidi your such an inspirational woman ❤️
My favourite part was you being open and honest about your fertility journey. As someone who recently underwent IVF and is finally pregnant after years of trying, it’s so refreshing to hear others trying to conceive journeys. We women have to stick together, and by sharing our experiences we sure do make a great team! ❤ My girlfriend uses the Grounds app and she LOVES your workouts. Would love to give them a try!
I loved the part you expressed your vulnerabilities and fears you face, public speaking challenges because that is something I’ve always struggled with. Imposter syndrome. It made me feel at peace to hear someone I look up to and all they have built, share they have similar moments of doubt.
My favorite part is you being excited to become a mother (minus the delivery, although I’m sure you know, you’re strong and you’ll rock that!). I struggle with this myself. I know I want kids and take that next step in our marriage but I’m scared. Scared of making mistakes - I’d love to get that confidence back and hearing you excited rubs off! I also appreciate the part spot the donuts and Christian. It’s definitely not silly, the little things can mean the most. Happy to hear your dad is doing well 💗
My favorite part in this video is you explaining why you spent and did what you did during your wedding. Treating your family to a once in a lifetime vacation was so special. Great Job to the both of you for thinking of your loved ones as well as your wants and needs.
My favourite part is just seeing your growth overall, as a woman and as a business woman, I really enjoy listening to you because you’re so open and honest. I’ve been around since the print shirting days in your living room (I still have the original vest 🥰) and it’s so lovely to follow your journey 💜
My favorite part of this is how much of a team you and Christian are. To have those tough conversations are so important that not many will do. How much you both think long term and how amazing you could accommodate everything for your families! I love you guys!! Hands down the second best video you've ever done yet! Keeping your dad in my prayers!!
Thank you so much for your love, support and kind words!! We’re a team so we have to navigate life acting as such! I appreciate the prayers more than you know ❤
My favorite part was when you talked about your dad and the fact that he was able to come to your wedding. I’m so glad you were able to share that day. ❤😊 I’ve lost family to cancer and it’s so sad knowing they have to miss big moments.
My favorite part was when you talked about your three fears and how you overcame your fear of public speaking by doing a panel and sharing with other women. You’re so inspiring and also so relatable, which makes it so enjoyable to watch your journey. Huge fan of yours and Buffbunny. 😊🙏 ❤
The thought of delivering a baby is so scary, but after its all done you really do forget all the pain because all of your focus is on that precious little baby. I had a traumatizing delivery that ended with an emergency c section and my baby was in the nicu, BUT all the pain and anxiety was so worth it. BEST thing I ever did. Hearing you talking about wanting to be a mom is my favorite part of this video.
My fave was the boundaries part, boundaries are so important. And you saying "I'm not leaving we can still be together but also if u want all these other things with me then we do this married" I love that! we should be able to set our boundaries in a relationship
My favorite part was you talking about imposter syndrome. I have looked up to you for years. Relationships, gym, outlook on life and last year started my own business. Hearing you say you struggle makes the journey less lonely and relatable. Normalizing the positive and the bumps is one of things I love about you most!
We all go through it! I’m not perfect by any means - there’s definitely bumps in the road but in the end it’s all worth it. Thank you for supporting me ❤
I appreciate and respect the overall vulnerability throughout this video. I feel like too often, influencers try to seem perfect or try to come off as relatable but viewers can tell it’s a facade. You are so genuine and authentic and that’s why you’re one of my favorites!
Favorite part was talking about how well your dad is doing! I lost my dad 2 years ago and he never made it to my wedding so I’m SUPER thrilled he was able to be there and that he’s doing well! We care about you Heidi but we also care about your family!
My favorite part of this video was you discussing your Dads cancer diagnosis. My dad was also diagnosed with cancer earlier this year and he is currently going through chemotherapy and radiation. It’s extremely difficult watching someone you love have to endure a life threatening condition. I just recently discovered you and I absolutely love you and your husband and everything you represent. ❤
Favorite part is simply how honest Heidi is .. the most transparent person. Beautiful woman with brains and common sense . That’s why she’s relevant still today . Thanks for showing prenup difference and trust fund
My favorite part is when you talked about sticking to your boundaries. That is so very importantant, knowing what your boundaries are and staying true to them. Your love story was so good, too, and talking about your fears. I think you are probably a sinker, which means you have to work harder to swim and to stay on top of the water. It's such an important skill. I was a life guard for two summers. I taught a lot of people how to swim. You can do it. I believe in you. ❤❤
Thank you for being so vulnerable and transparent. My favorite part was at the beginning you talking about a trust, because a lot of us didn’t know that existed and the end talking about conquering a fear and the joy it brought you.
Loved the part where you said Christian was the one! I suffered from an eating disorder and previous partners would shame me by how much I ate and just knowing that your partner loved you just they way you were and actually encouraged you to eat more made me realize it is possible to have someone that loves you and not shame you by your body. Thank Heidi for sharing! Hope to find my partner one day ❤
Exactly! Christian has showed me this time of love and I couldn’t be more grateful ❤️ it’s why I always tell my girlfriends not to settle!! There’s still good men out there.
My favorite part was hearing that your dad is doing much better and was able to make it to both weddings. I also liked your vulnerability about your fear of public speaking because I also have a fear of public speaking so it gives me more confidence to go out there and get better and know I am not alone.
My favorite part is hearing you talk about your love of people. Hearing you talk about your loved ones as well from videos before your love for others. You truly have a big heart. Thank you for sharing your life with all of us. ❤️ 🤗 Many blessings y’all, Linda
Fav part is where you talk about your boundaries. How Being a Christian has made you believe in standing w what you believe. As far as marriage, partnering w your significant other, living together. Those little things make up the big things! I am so honored to have met you in the past, and honored to continue to follow you and CGs journey 🎉🫶🏼
My favorite part was how you explained that people are not truly fearless. There’s always something to conquer that they may not realize. Conquering those fears may not be instantaneous, but most of the time little by little. Little by little, I’m becoming more confident in my body after 3 babies.
My favorite part was finding out that your dad is doing so much better. My dad passed away from cancer and just knowing how you and your family felt from finding out to him getting better breaks my heart but makes my heart so happy for you guys. I think you are the strongest person and am so happy he was able to share your special moment (your wedding) with you. Stay beautiful
I’m so sorry for your loss, Kate. I can’t imagine how difficult that is. I’m so so grateful he was able to make it to our wedding, and relieved he’s making progress! God is good 🥺
My favorite part is where you talked about having babies. I am a mama to 4 kiddos already and it makes me excited for others to become mamas. I started following you a few months ago and literally have binged watched your videos because you have great workouts and are so fun to watch. You are always so honest and authentic 💜
I love how open, honest and down to earth you are. You are a true inspiration and role model to women struggling in a man infested field. I've been following you for several years and have never seen anything but pure honesty. Stay true. Hugs ❤
HEIDI I found you when I was 14, and now I’m 24 🥹 I got married myself last month and being there along your side via youtube and growing with you is so awesome ❤ just wanted to say that ❤
The information about the prenup was something I’ve never heard but it’s amazing how resourceful you allow yourself to be. You never limit yourself to one thing or one piece of the pie and it’s admirable. Your honesty is so refreshing!
Your dad was my favorite part! You clearly have fighter blood from him. My mom is a stage4 survivor. About 10 years now. She was told to go on hospice, but they decided to fight and we are all blessed that she did! I know trolls can discourage many RUclipsrs. So thank you for not letting them feel bigger than they think they are!! Please do more of these types of videos. Watched your whole video from beginning to end. It was all good but your dad’s story really touched my heart.❤
The genuine authenticity in this video was so refreshing! Watched your “who is Heidi Sommers” video and right away watched this after & I feel like that “who” was fully just radiating through this video! You’re always so positive and such a light but you seemed so free and like hey this is me, these are my thoughts, I don’t know everything, I sit cross legged, I legit excitement of the videography saying he can’t swim either and you sidebar getting so excited but like wait I’m sorry that sucks lol, it just felt so free and that was my favorite. This Heidi, this era, this season.. it’s empowering you in an even bolder and bigger way and that’s just amazing cause wow at what you’ll achieve in this place! I’m a fellow Houstonian, I’ve followed you since your move to SATX and followed CG separately and vividly remember when y’all first started dating and the first vids together, and it’s just beautiful to see what Gods blessings look like for you and your family. I’d love to win grounds, I had my 3rd baby in November and breastfed all 3 of them (still am nursing baby) but this time around I’ve lost so so much muscle mass and know I’m not even hitting my maintenance caloric intake but it feels so back burner as a mama of three, even as an exercise and sports science degree holder, it feels like I need an accountability partner, so I’d love the chance to use grounds. Love you girly!
I’m already a Grounds App girlie but would love to gift it to my friend! My favorite part is you talking about your boundaries. I feel like that’s such an important thing to convey to other women who may be afraid of losing someone, because they make their boundaries known. Shows women to know their worth and if the right man is in your life, they’ll meet you at your boundaries. ❤❤❤
Heidi! I love that you are from a small town in AK, and that you worked your way up to where you are now and most importantly NEVER gave up! You kept a kind and humble spirit throughout your journey to stardom, letting your beauty shine from the inside out. That is very inspiring, and your christian upbringing definitely has made you stand apart as a role model for all woman out there. I relate, as I have a similar upbringing. You are truly the most beautiful & authentic influencer I have come across on RUclips. Fun fact: I have recently been purchasing from Buffbunny Collection and have never heard of the brand before, then your videos started showing up on my feed and that's how I discovered that YOU are BUFFBUNNY! I fully stand for and by your brand and am hooked for life. Thanks for being your true self 🥰
My favorite part was hearing your dad was there at both weddings ❤️ I had two weddings, not by choice, due to Covid. I had a small intimate wedding in 2020, and then the big one in 2021. 6 months later my sister had her wedding. This past December my mother passed away unexpectedly on New Year’s Eve. I’m so grateful she was present at my wedding and my sister’s. ❤ Prayers to your dad 🙏🙏
My favorite part is hearing you remind folks that they aren't alone in infertility. I can say that my journey has been rocky too - but i have 2 beautiful babies and I'm praying for more.I'vee also been praying for you too, Heidi!!! Best of luck and all my love to you and Christian! Also... I cannot recommend pelvic floor physical therapy enough! Find yourself a pelvic floor PT. We can teach you how to push, natural pain management, and so so much more. You have everything you need to deliver, I promise! You don't need to have a needle in your spine to have an amazing delivery.
My favorite part is when you mentioned boundaries. It took me a while to learn this after YEAAARS of being in a relationship. Now, after getting my heartbroken I learned that boundaries are important to protect yourself. I loved that you didn’t back down. Another thing that stood out to me is you conquering your fears by getting up on that stage. Nobody is experienced till they actually go out there and do it. You’re such an inspiration and I hope to see more content like this!
I’m happy you’re setting boundaries for yourself, gf!! It’s so important. And you’re SOOO right! there’s a first for everything and I’m gonna keep pushing myself 🥹 Thank you for your love and support ❤
I’ve been following you my entire adult life. In college I struggled with finding like minded people driven towards success and empowerment, but I have always really found your videos comforting and inspiring. I do have such big goals and plan for my future, I really truly appreciate your leadership and motivation in my life as I begin reaching towards my own business endeavors. It’s very very comforting to hear you too struggle with imposter syndrome and anxiety. It’s easy to forget that being successful comes in many different ways, and it’s okay to be uncomfortable or fearful… that doesn’t mean you’re failing or not doing enough towards your goal. It means you’re human. I really truly appreciated hearing your take on things that don’t come easy to you, even as a wonderful CEO. P.s. I’d absolutely love a Grounds membership :) I’ve wanted to buy one ever since the release of the app, but have been putting all of my income to paying off my student debts to get one step closer to affording my business endeavors the last year
My favorite part is the essence of how genuine you are. I love you are unwavering and set boundaries you stick to. I love you know what you want and you can see what is truly important.
My favorite part was when you talked about when you knew you loved Christian and that he was the one. It's like you could just be yourself and that it was good enough, which is how I knew my man was the one for me. I also appreciated you talking about how life after marriage made everything intimate better even when you had been together for a long time beforehand. I also love seeing a woman or anyone stay strong with their boundaries while still maintaining a loving and respectful relationship.
You hit a lot of great points. What stood out was you having boundaries and knowing your worth. My favorite part though was when you touched on the difference between the trust, prenup and postnup. Thinking of your future children and making sure what you and Christian built and what you have built individually will help there future is amazing and I didn’t know you could set a trust up in the manner that you spoke. I also LOVED how you said you didn’t regret what u spent on ur wedding and that you both worked your a*^ off daily to be able to sit back and enjoy it not for just you two but your family.
Loved hearing about your fear of stage fright, my favorite part was you giving us a reminder that you are human too. You feel doubts of yourself just like everyone else. Thank you for your transparency Heidi! You a real 1
My favourite part has to be how honest you were about your boundaries and the trust fund you created. So inspiring to see how you have stuck to what you believe in
My favorite part was the way you spoke about the budget for the wedding. I love that y’all gave everyone a nice vacation. You and Christian have worked so hard, it’s nice to see the love for each other, and the love for every family member. Overall, I love how transparent you are Heidi.
Our family is EVERYTHING. There’s truly nothing more important than that. We’re so blessed and grateful to be have been able to do that - all thanks to y’all’s support ❤️
My favorite part is your honesty and transparency! I've given birth twice and it really helps to prepare by educating yourself and practicing by doing mindfulness. It's a wonderful tool! Thanks so much for this Q&A!! ❤ I'm praying for your dad and your journey growing your family 🥰
Favorite part is you explaining your boundaries when it came to getting married! As a woman, I totally agree with that. I share similar values and I understand where you come from when you say that getting a ring and getting married first prior to having kids and buying a home together, is priority ❤ no shame at all in that!!!
My fav part was you being open about how healing it was to have a partner that wants you to enjoy life! So happy for you, and a lesson we all need to learn when finding THE relationship. ❤
Being with Christian has been so refreshing and such a safe space. I’m so grateful God led us to each other! Definitely went thru the wrong relationships to get to where I am now, but it was more than worth it.
Love how real you are about pregnancy. It is scary. We had our little boy last year and it’s been a journey trying to balance motherhood and fitness. I remind myself that he watching me and it’s important he sees fitness and health as normal. I want him to grow loving and enjoying it too
As a mother of two and a wife whose husband is still undergoing cancer treatment, I can say all those things are hard. Wondering if you are doing the mom-thing right or how well the treatment is actually going to work. And so much more! If you have a group of genuine support, it makes it easier. And people like yourself, who are open to discuss these things online, help a lot of others, even if it is only for hem to take a little step in asking for help or making a small life change to help them cope. Lots of love to you
My favorite part was the end - you’re so genuine and humble when talking about your app. It’s doesn’t sound like an AD at all and I can tell how proud you are of it. It’s so refreshing.
Grounds is my baby! 🥹 I am so incredibly proud of the team and how much we’ve grown since launching. I truly believe it’s the best women’s fitness app in the market. 💪🏼
Favorite part was you talking about your dad, I related to how important it is to do what we can to live those beautiful moments with our family member. My husband recently lost his dad to cancer and since then, our family has been really working on our health. If I were to win the giveaway, I’d gift it to my sister-in-law. I know it would make her health journey more fun and easier for her. Thanks for creating such an amazing community Heidi! Your work has touched many and will continue to do so! Thanks for sharing personal but also the vulnerable parts of your life. It makes us feel seen too ❤
I recently had a baby… 8 months ago!! And I have to say, delivery was the easy part. As someone who pushes your body physically so often, think of it like that. You can do anything for a short time. So, yes. Baby has to come out, and that fact is daunting. But, you are so freaking strong and will crush it!! Also, I highly encourage a ton of research on other people’s deliveries. Knowing how you’ll respond to a situation before it happens is the best way you can go into child birth. Because, so many different things can happen. So research it. For me, pp has been harder because I never had surgery or an injury I had to rest and recover from. You have to take it so slow getting back into fitness, and I struggled with that so much. Even now, I still have moments where I can tell my body is not as strong as it used to be. Yet, now at 8 months, I also feel so strong in certain ways! It’s wild. I’m so excited for you to experience it all! As hard as parts are, it is all so beautiful! Love you Heidi! 🤍✨
I have been following you for 9 years now and I always loved how honest and open you talk about everything. It feels so relateable. My favorite part was when you mentioned that you love following people who aren‘t afraid to use their voice and share their life on social media. You are that person to me. 🤍
I love your honesty and how down to earth you are. I would never have thought you would be nervous speaking in public. You always seem so confident! I can tell how much family means to you. I found your channel around the time you posted your Alaska wedding and quickly became hooked. Went back to watch previous videos. Prayers for your dad on his treatment journey.
Favorite part is that you acknowledge imposter syndrome in business, but as well in your personal beliefs and how you felt conflicted, engaging in sexual relations pre-marriage and how free you feel now in marriage! I was not brought up in a religious household and still had the same type of internal conflicts!
I’ve been watching you since 2016, sitting mainly in the background. But I cried watching you talk about trying to conceive. I’m currently going through this and you’re right. You sharing your experience makes me feel less alone and more like I have a big sister that is going through it with me. Thank you Heidi❤
I’m so happy you’re open and honest about your conceiving journey. My husband and I were trying for over a year before we turned to a fraternity doctor. I shared my journey and never shied away from it. ❤ positive energy, thoughts and love ❤❤
I loved hearing you talk about trying for a baby and how stigmatized it is to talk about. It really ties in to how what you say matters and is making a difference for people and then knowing they aren’t alone!
I like that you show you are human...that just because you are a successful business woman, you don't always have it together, respectfully. You have fears, you have boundaries, you go through things in your personal life and not everything is rainbow and butterflies but having a positive mindset is everything. I love that you're humble and that you share your knowledge and empower and support women regardless of whether you have the same views as them. 🙏 You're gonna be a great momma when the time comes btw! 🫶
I love how open you are about the prenup stuff. As a wife to a business owner this is also not a decision we took lightly. The trust fund idea is great as well! Thank you for being open and honest ❤
I just love how authentic you are!! Whether you’re on a TikTok live or RUclips, I just feel like we’re sitting down chatting! Lol my favorite part was hearing about your dad! I’ve been wondering how he has been doing. It was beautiful to see him at your wedding 🥹
That part about knowing CG was the one. Girl, same! I've been in too many relationships where I've been made to feel guilty for eating. My husband of almost 14 years got me when we went out to dinner on a date, and he asked me what i wanted for dessert, like it was an automatic thing. I told him I didn't want to overeat, and he responded with "pick what you want, and you can take it home to eat when youre hungry then". The freedom I felt and the gigantic weight that fell from my shoulders was all I needed to know he was the one ❤ So many blessings to you both as you navigate marriage and starting a precious family! 🫶
My favorite part is you. Just everything about you, how honest and wholesome you are. How much I’ve seen you grow throughout the years! I have followed your journey from wayyyy back when buff bunny was barely getting started! Your mess of a house with boxes and I think a bit before it was fully launched! I’ve met you once here in the H before you moved down and you’re just a whole ass vibe! You’re amazing keep kicking ass. 😊
fav part is you always keeping it real with us!! Setting boundaries with Christian, and wanting a ring before babies is totally valid! Love that you two can be open and honest, building such a strong relationship with one another for the strongest future! Also I'm so happy that your dad is doing well, and doesn't have to do chemo! sending love to you and the big fam in these hard times
I love how open you are about protecting yourself and your spouse in the future with how you’re setting up finances and trusts. These conversations are important and nice to hear the open honesty
Feeling is mutual with setting strong boundaries, while still showing respect to your significant others point of view. Compromise and communication. This is great advice!
My favorite part of the video is 1. Your transparency, every time I watch your videos I feel like it’s talking to my best friends! I can relate to birth being the scariest part for me. My husband and I have been thinking about kids, everyone keeps asking about children and I know I really want them but I am so scared for the birth! Glad to know there are other women out there with the same fear! Much love Heidi, I hope i win the giveaway to start up on my fitness journey!!
My favorite part was you talking about your boundaries and sticking to them. Boundaries are soo important to have and I love that you didn’t change them.
Absolutely not! No one should bend their boundaries for anyone - we set them for a reason. 🙌🏼
Good for you Heidi. I had the same boundaries around having children out of wedlock.
I can’t wait for this moment for you 🤗🤗🤗
also wish I was in the Houston area to be your delivery nurse because we could make it such a fun, relaxed experience for you!!!
This helps ease my mind! Thank you for your kind words 🥺
I am a L&D nurse in the Houston area/ Sugar Land and I know you will rock this! Also you may benefit from a Doula. I am so excited for this journey for you❣️❤️
Loved that ! As a midwife my advice is keep making a baby fun !! The more pressure the harder it can become 😅
Also don’t over think the delivery, find someone you trust ( as well as as Christian 😂) to hold your hand and it will be fine xx
My favorite part was hearing about how you stood by your boundaries and beliefs, and how it’s made you so happy as a wifey!! So inspiring to all of us ladies!
My favorite part was the donut part. Sometimes it’s the small things a person does that make you realize how much you love that person
It’s was such a small, yet big gesture for me. I definitely knew right there and then that he was my person ❤
Got choked up listening to your Dads treatment plan and making it to your wedding. Blessings to your Dad ❤
Thank you so much-means everything to me 🥹🥹🥹
my favorite part was how open and honest you were through the whole video .. love how authentic you are ❤
Ahhhhh thank you so much!!! My girls girl RUclips community is so epically to me. We can all be open and honest and talk about whatever the heck we want to and theres no judgement. It’s a safe space. :)
my favorite part is just how honest you are in every question. every question is so personal and you answered everything while still honoring your own privacy.
My favorite part is you being So respectful when talking about unconfortable situations. You are such a good person 🥺
Just a girl doing her best 🥹
My favorite part(s) were you talking about wanting kids but being afraid of the delivery process. I am the same way! I want to have a baby one day, but I'm terrified of the delivery process. You are not alone! I also loved how you were just open and honest throughout the entire video. You have been someone that I am inspired by for a long time now, and I appreciate all that you do for your community of people. Thank you for being amazing! 😊
My favorite part is that you’re so open and honest about everything! I’m getting married in two years as of this month and I’m also worried about the delivery and needles. It was nice to hear somebody else voice that fear!
Your wedding was something none of us will ever forget. I'm so proud of you Heidi and all you've accomplishee 🥹❤️
ILY!!!! So happy to have you in my life ❤
PS I feel like we need to go to the Caymans every year now just to get everyone together HAHAHA!
@@heidisomersI vote yes to this 🌴👙😎
I have been a subscriber for years and admire your constant positivity. My favorite part really is the whole video and your honesty in all the questions answered, but especially the part with your dad. So glad to hear he is doing better ❤
Thank you so much Michelle, it truly means so much. ❤️
I’m so sorry for your loss, Whitney. He was definitely there in spirit ❤
Yes!! There really are other great options. I feel like people get so pressured into make one choice or the other when there are actually so many!!
@@heidisomers Trust are the better option my opinion. I have one. There are many loop holes with prenups.
Yay! My favorite part was when you talked about being afraid of the delivery part of having a child! So relatable.
What helped me get in a good place with that fear, and reduce it significantly, was coming up with the things I knew would help my mindset the day of delivery…
You will! 🥰🎉
Ahh these are all such great, helpful insights!! Definitely gonna have to do the same when the time comes 🥹
big mistake with the bell weems interview. But you already know that.
I find it beyond funny to be honest. Outside of Bella’s main channel, nobody likes her.
I hope Hedi learned something from the blunder.
Why what happened?

Thank you for being a positive and honest person to so many of us ❤
Thank you so so much for all your love and support!! ❤️
Christian has provided such a safe and loving space for me and I couldn’t be more grateful 🥺
A whole decade?!!! Oh my gosh. Thank you for still being here! Whenever you’re ready to get back into it, we got you girl 💪🏼💪🏼
My girlfriend uses the Grounds app and she LOVES your workouts.
Our families are everything!! So grateful that we had the means to do this for them. Wouldn’t change a thing about it ❤
My favourite part is just seeing your growth overall, as a woman and as a business woman, I really enjoy listening to you because you’re so open and honest.
Many blessings y’all, Linda
Fav part is where you talk about your boundaries. How Being a Christian has made you believe in standing w what you believe. As far as marriage, partnering w your significant other, living together. Those little things make up the big things! I am so honored to have met you in the past, and honored to continue to follow you and CGs journey 🎉🫶🏼
Ahhh I’m so glad we got to meet!!! Thank you so much for all your love and support ❤
Stay true. Hugs ❤
HEIDI
I found you when I was 14, and now I’m 24 🥹 I got married myself last month and being there along your side via youtube and growing with you is so awesome ❤ just wanted to say that ❤
I LOVE THISSSSSS omg. A whole decade!!! We are sisters for life now lol
Congratulations on your marriage!! ❤
@@heidisomers omg you replied 😭😭😭 thank you!!
The information about the prenup was something I’ve never heard but it’s amazing how resourceful you allow yourself to be. You never limit yourself to one thing or one piece of the pie and it’s admirable. Your honesty is so refreshing!
Ahh thank you so much!! There’s research to be done about anything and everything haha but this is what works for us!
Ahh!!!! Welcome to the fam girly, I’m so happy you’re here 🥹🫶🏼 I hope you love all your pieces!
THANK YOU!!! I appreciate the prayers so much.
Woah, I’ll keep that in mind. Definitely doing my research on all things delivery 😅
And you’re SOOO right! there’s a first for everything and I’m gonna keep pushing myself 🥹
Thank you for your love and support ❤
My favorite part is always you being authentically yourself! Sharing your boundaries & how you communicated that is so important for women to hear ❤
Lots of love to you
The longevity of your relationship is my favorite part! So many people give up with trials. You’ve been together through a lot. Thats the journey ❤
It makes us feel seen too ❤
My favorite part is that I've been watching you for over a decade and you. are. the. same. humble and honest and authentic bunny the whole damn time!
My favorite part was the tips on fitness. Trying to loose weight postpartum has been tough. A good reminder to keep it simple and stay consistent.
Welcome to the fam!! 🥹 it can get crazy around here lol but only in the BEST way.
Thank you so much for your prayers, they mean more than you know.
You're gonna be a great momma when the time comes btw!
I loved when you touched on the fact that none of us will ever fit into the same box. It’s a great reminder to be yourself 🤍
Everyone is authentic in their own way!! I wholeheartedly believe that.
These are difficult but super important convos! Hopefully I can prompt others to look into other options and see what works best for themb
I love how real and genuine you are! It’s so refreshing in a world where social media only shows you the pretty parts! Thanks for always being you!
